My last purchase of a vehicle was at Honda of Downtown Chicago in 2012. I have not returned to buy a new vehicles since then. Not really their fault. I am still driving my 2012 Honda CR-V now with 533,286 miles (<- not a typo!) Reeently my air conditioning needed servicing and David and Giovanni were extraordinarily kind and helpful in getting my car serviced. Everything about the service department ran smoothly. If I ever do buy another car, it will definitely be a Honda and it will be at this location. Thank you David and Giovanni for making this experience as pleasurable as possible. You guys rock!
