This was my first visit here since another dealership - Jeffro Bodine

This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. The staff were all very professional and courteous, and my hats go off to Jon Sternberg and Mike Rich Thank you Morse Ford. JLM

Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

We have dealt with the Wickstrom Auto group on several occasions and had wonderful experiences. Most recently we worked with Chris Krason at Wickstrom Ford and he was amazing to work with. We knew more or less what we wanted and Chris Krason answered all our questions and was very knowledgable. We didn't feel haggled like you would at some other dealerships. He was extremely professional and easy to deal with. The rest of the Wickstrom Ford team was also amazing and helpful throughout the process. We were in and out of there with a new car and very happy with the quality of service and experience provided by Chris Krason and the team at Wickstrom Ford.

My car was hit and totaled, so I needed a good, new car fast. I know exactly what I want in a car, so I am picky, and not usually willing to budge. I sometimes hate car shopping because a lot of dealerships are pushy and are trying to convince to get something you don't want. I found a great car online and sent a message, and Rick Ridings responded the very next day. I was comforted to know that they don't sell vehicles that have been in accidents, and that they inspect vehicles very carefully. Their good community reputation also gave me confidence that I would have a good experience. My agent, Kevin Briggs, was very helpful. I was in another state, and he did everything possible to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. He was honest, and he did not push me or try to steer me in certain directions like other salesmen do. I knew he would have my best interests in mind. The quality of the vehicle with the price of it was a rare find and I'm so glad I found it! I highly recommend Rick Ridings and Kevin Briggs.

Had appointment, went early. They took me in early all went perfect. Always a choice, drive in and wait, drive in and they drive you back or they pick up and deliver your car. It's perfect. Staff always nice friendly and informative. Just a great place compared to other dealerships. A big thing is prices are reasonable. I also saw ROCKFORD FIRE DEPARTMENT trucks getting serviced. Wonder why they drive past the ford dealership in Rockford to get to Belvidere?

We ended up needing a little more money down, but he got us taken care of. I will definitely go here for my next car. It is worth the drive.
