We ended up purchasing a vehicle on the lot, but he took the time to do a search to see if there was anything nearby that he could get for us to look at. Scott Grant and Todd Berle handled our paperwork, and they both were personable and helpful guiding us through the many forms that needed our signatures. This is our 3rd or 4th vehicle we have purchased from Freedom. They will be our first stop when it's time to buy again.

I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

He was knowledgeable about all financing and rebates to make the decision process extremely quick and easy! I’ve purchased from numerous dealerships in the past prior to going to Runde and I would absolutely recommend them and purchase from them again! There are other dealerships much closer to me but I will go to Runde every time in the future now!

Have been looking for a new truck for a couple of months. I actually work in the business and understand how the process works. I found a truck at the dealer, reached out to get a quote. Crystal Magana responded immediately provided me all the info I requested. Because I was a good distance from the store, I didnt really want to travel back. Crystal was outstanding getting all the paper work done and drove over an hour with a porter to deliver the car to me and sign the paperwork. Really tremendous customer experience. She is a keeper!
