The process from bringing my car in to get a trade value to when I purchased my certified used vehicle was fairly quick. Steve was always reachable, quick to respond, personable, and knowledgeable. There were some hiccups along the way but that's to be expected. Once it was time for my financing paperwork, Joe was wonderful. He was thorough, efficient, and actually went out of his way to find me a better rate - and I didn't even realize it. Also, the service department at Bill Kay is always friendly and helpful as well. All in all a good experience.
