My service technician Bob did a very thorough job in explaining what he encountered in doing his seven-point inspection of my car. My 2014 Chevy Equinox infotainment system (radio, gps, etc…) stopped working. I made an appointment at Green Chevrolet. Their technician identified the broken part and repaired it the same day. They also updated the software. The service advisor kept us updated while we waited. The infotainment now works as it should.
