Jennifer greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude and had the paperwork ready for me to Review. When I test drive the car, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, telling me all the good bells and whistle the car have.I can truly tell you I bought the car. I purchased the car for my birthday and when I arrive to pick up the car the next day, I had a big red bow and birthday card on the car.

Great salesperson, Maerisha Bell, who was a big part of my final selection vs other brands. AutoNation had a good selection of my chosen vehicle, the Atlas. They were willing to bring over a car from the Hilton Head location if there was one there that I liked, too. The dealership is easy to find. They helped me navigate the registration process as well, so the car would be registered correctly.

My service advisor is Melissa Toole, she has been great to work with. The service team at Jim Eliis has done good work on my cars at a fair price. Over the years any issues they have addressed was repaired right the first time! I have not had to return for a follow up fix.

I'm so thankful the Service Center was there and open when I needed them. I thought I was bringing my car on my lunch break to put air in the tires, but I had a screw in the shoulder and needed a new tire. They learned my tires are warrantied and they had a replacement available. Using their shuttle service I was able to get back to work and get the tire fixed without missing a beat. This is why I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles at Cobb County Toyota.

I explained to him my concerns with the car; Andy and Bryce were able to put those concerns of mine to rest for me with their thoroughness and explanation in negotiating the deal. Because you have open access to a fun website to review any vehicle in full including the spec and pricing, you can position yourself to seal a favorable deal very quickly. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on the vehicle of your choice and seek comparisons elsewhere. Ashley Smith was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions - a great ambassador for this dealership. My price expectation for my trade was also met, so I was able to complete my purchase from start to finish in a couple of hours. I finished up with Basim Galla who managed the finance and paperwork seamlessly and quickly to complete the deal. (Bas sold me my first BMW!) Overall, comparing this experience vs other dealerships it was much better. The difference was Ashley and Basim who worked hard before, during and after my visit. I'm looking forward to remaining a repeat Customer.
