Because you have open access to a fun website to review any vehicle in full including the spec and pricing, you can position yourself to seal a favorable deal very quickly. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on the vehicle of your choice and seek comparisons elsewhere. Ashley Smith was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions - a great ambassador for this dealership. My price expectation for my trade was also met, so I was able to complete my purchase from start to finish in a couple of hours. I finished up with Basim Galla who managed the finance and paperwork seamlessly and quickly to complete the deal. (Bas sold me my first BMW!) Overall, comparing this experience vs other dealerships it was much better. The difference was Ashley and Basim who worked hard before, during and after my visit. I'm looking forward to remaining a repeat Customer.
