I was in contact with Melody in regards to a Camaro convertible. I informed that I would be traveling hours to see the vehicle and asked if the vehicle had any problems prior to taking the 5 hr drive. She ensured me no it was in good condition with no issues. She had the top down when we arrived and overall the car appeared decent. She let the top up and we noticed the top was shrinking and the seams were coming apart at rear joint. She stated that would be an easy repair so I trusted her. I purchased the vehicle and 30 minutes later the air conditioning stops blowing cold. I called the next day they were open and asked her to buy back her vehicle she said she would call me back and never did. They are underhanded and patch vehicles to get over on unsuspecting people. I paid close to 12k cash you would think that they would have some decency as people to do the right thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!! Once we located a car we wanted more information on, Marc was readily available to offer assistance. He was knowledgeable about the Volvo XC60 we were interested in and offered a test drive. Before we left the parking lot he gave simple operating and safety instructions to familiarize us with this model.

They have the most friendliest personnel that I’ve ever seen, their building is beautiful, the exterior and interior are well maintained and best of all, they have athe largest inventory, diverse selection of automobiles and (custom) Trucks not found anywhere. I found that The Service and Parts Department continues and makes sure that your buying experience doesn’t stop there, they make sure that your new vehicle receives its necessary service on time, they also provide you with the installation of any additional accessories that parts may offer you or that you may want to enhance your new or used vehicle experience. They sell lemons to people who are in a bad credit or no credit situation because it’s mostly likely needed. They do not care and they over charge for these 10+ year old cars as soon as you leave the lot you’re on your own. They cut your car off for everything policy states 5 days but they have cut my car off 2-3 days. They are a fraud company who takes advantage of helpless people and they need to be shut down. I got a car in January 2023 and by February the car needed oil change which I can’t get due to being declined because my filter is too tight and I told them that but they don’t car. I need brakes, tires and a few things on the inside are falling apart but they want their money. This company was built and designed to cripple minorities or low income people and it’s sick.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! What an awesome car lot. I recently bought a car there. when I purchased the car I was informed by the finance manager, George, that used cars are sold "as is". He then stated that they still stand behind any vehicle they sell for a reasonable time, regardless. Shortly after purchase my engine light came on. I informed the car lot and they told me to bring it in, they would "take care of it". I brought it in a couple different times. They couldn't figure out the problem. Eventually told me to take it to the dealership. Mine you,,,, this is a Mercedes. Everyone knows, Mercedes + dealership = money... I went to the dealership and was told I needed camshaft replacement. Obviously several thousands of dollars worth of work.. I spoke with George and was blown away that these people were standing by they're word and covering the cost of the repair. It is rare for a business to show such professionalism and integrity. I feel nothing but the need to express gratitude. Thank you guys for taking care of me. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be back. In the meantime I will refer everyone I can..

What I thought was going to be a nightmare actually ended on a positive note. I recently purchased a 15 Chevy Cruze from the dealership that gave me problems on several different occasions. Chase the service manager was always polite and quick to help me the two times I brought the vehicle in for repairs. The last issue was very alarming and I was considered for my safety and anyone who may be riding with me. I brought the concern to Chase attention and followed up with an email to the sales manager and general manager. After explaining my concerns in a respectful manner must I add, I was give the opportunity to change vehicles. Fmy experience with the dealership showed me respect for the individual goes a long way. We were able to communicate with each other and resolve the issue. I am forever grateful for the quick response from staff.

Bought a car here had 1 week ac not working engine light was on I was very upset after about 4 phone calls talked to sales rep who was transferred me to Ashley only he thought he did I heard all the laughing and jokes about me complaining. I hung up get to Ashley who says just bring it up here we will look at it and fix it if we can't we will send it out they had my car for 2 weeks. I was told it's fixed come pick it up today. I got the car check engine light was on after 5 minutes ac was blowing hot air. Ashley said he drove it engine light never came on ac was fine. I went to Auto zone they said that's a lie the censor is bad there's no way he drove it and the engine light was off. The ac has no freon that's why it's blowing warm air. Ashley flat out lied to me! Now I have to take it some place to find out why the freon is leaking. All he said is well it's used so you might have problems. As we picked up the car that was NEVER fixed there was a lady there who said she bought a car yesterday and is having problems all I said was good luck! I had to give one star cause it won't let me give zero.

BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would. I just recently purchased a vehicle from this place my salesman was Moe Zidane. On the way home from purchasing my vehicle the check engine light comes on. I may have had the vehicle for 2 hours. So I go up there the next day & I wanted to trade it in for another vehicle. I was told its just a sensor & to replace it. I have the 2 year extended warranty but it didn't cover the sensor. I had to pay out of pocket for the sensor & to have it put on. The check engine light is STILL on. So the next week I'm with a friend driving to the store & we noticed a odd smell, like something was burning. When we get to our destination I notice its either the water pump or radiator leaking. I again take my vehicle back up there & was advised by Moe Zidane that they don't do maintenance there, I would have to find a verified place to have it looked at & fixed. I was also advised that my 2 year warranty would cover the repair minus my $100 deductible. I take my vehicle to the dealership, after they spoke with the warranty people I was told the warranty only covers HALF the part & labor. I haven't had my vehicle 30days & I've already had to come out of pocket $1800! I haven't even made my first car payment. This is the worst experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. And I'm aware that it's a used vehicle & things want be perfect BUT this isn't the first used car I've purchased. And it's like every time I fix one problem another one pops up. My vehicle has been in the shop more time than I've actually had it in my possession. The check engine light coming on after only 2 hours from purchasing is a BIG red flag. This place is a scam. They charge outrageous amounts of money for vehicles with a lot of maintenance problems. This place sells junk cars, all they do is clean them up good & sell them. Once you purchase it's a total headache. I'm still waiting on my tag to arrive, the entire experience has been awful.

I’m writing a review about how I got ripped off at M and M superstore. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from them. They told me it was 12,500 and that was 1, 640 below market value. After every said done they had me spend 1913.05 for this car. I went two other car dealers places they told me my car was only worth 6,000.00. Also, when I went to have the car serviced it cost me thousands of dollars to get the car serviced almost every time went for its service. Also I want to add when I bought the car the sales man from Alabama I think his name was Ed was so nice sweetest man ever once I bought the car and I came back the next day to pick up the car the man had resign all the documents all over again that signed the previous day when I bought the car but this time this guy was rude, mean, saying mean and rude comments, was very unprofessional, it was worse experience ever. I would never recommend anyone buy cars from them they are bunch of scam artist and rip people off they are not a legit business. They are just out scamming people out for there’s hard earned money.
