Dealer kept my car for 5 weeks with poor communication, while I paid for rentals out of pocket. Finance manager said they would help, then stopped responding completely. Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I came in for a test drive, and within 10 minutes, the salesperson lost my driver’s license after taking it. She repeatedly insisted she had given it back, asking me to “check my pockets”. Eventually, she promised to review security footage and overnight it if found. Since I was traveling out of state with family, I had no choice but to trust them. The next day, I followed up early, only to be told they were “too busy” to check the footage. By the afternoon, they admitted they wouldn’t even try. When I requested to speak to a manager who I was hoping to sway into allocating the human resources needed, I was repeatedly transferred to voicemail and stonewalled by multiple employees. The salesperson who lost my ID suddenly became “unavailable.” At this point, I was worried about identity theft, yet they showed zero urgency or accountability. Losing a customer’s ID is bad enough, but their eventually dismissive and unprofessional response made it worse. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your personal information mishandled and your pleas ignored. More
