Great service from Khalid. I was having a pre purchase inspection for a 2020 370Z I was purchasing from CarMax and Khalid was great to work with. They completed the inspection and found several items that needed to be done. While I was planning on having the needed services done at the dealership, CarMax took care of them at their service center. But, for all future service, my 370Z will be coming to Regal Nissan. This is the 2nd car that I have had serviced at Regal Nissan.

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. One dealer I used because of location. Very nice people. But the solution they gave left the potential for another issue to happen. So when my car would not start I reached out to them via their service team text. After a few messages with them, nothing. Silence. So I had my car towed to RICK CASE, whom I have used most of the time I’ve had my 2017 MAZDA MX5! Without an appointment they worked me in and had me on my way within an hour or so. That was not all. They also provided me with MORE than was necessary and at no cost to me. THAT is how you build Brand Loyalty AND Dealer Loyalty. Rick Case Service is absolutely the best in the Atlanta area. Not just because I say it but because they actually treat you like a “customer for life”. And they never talked about the other dealer. Only about being MAZDA. Bam!

They come from auctions and are clearly never inspected, except to erase check engine codes. As a result, buyers leave with a knowingly defective vehicle, but are never informed or shown the inspections they claim to have. This dealership is currently under investigation by several legal and regulatory agencies. BE SMART, STAY AWAY!

This dealership uses classic bait-and-switch tactics. The Suburban was advertised on CarGurus at one price, but once I arrived the numbers immediately changed. They raised the vehicle price by several thousand dollars. I was also told they were offering $1500 above CarMax instant offer on trade in vehicles. The initial offer for my trade was $4000 below CarMax instant offer. I was told this was because they were going to try to discount the Suburban price to get closer to the advertised online price. When I questioned it, they changed the numbers yet again. After I left, they sent a worksheet using a much higher website price, added fees, and applied a fake “CarGurus offset” to make it look like a discount. The numbers changed every time we talked and never matched the advertised price. This wasn’t an honest mistake — it was intentional manipulation. I walked away, and I strongly recommend other buyers verify every number before wasting their time here.

I rely on accessible transportation due to ALS, making this vehicle essential to my independence. While driving home to Texas the following day, the van suffered a catastrophic structural failure when the roof separated at highway speed on Interstate 20. Subsequent inspection revealed extensive rust and structural deterioration that was not disclosed before the sale. More than three months later, I still have not received the vehicle's title and the van remains in Georgia, while I am in Texas without reliable transportation. My experience has been marked by serious safety concerns, lack of transparency, and ongoing title issues.

We just bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe here, walked away with a really good car for a great price, and got a fantastic deal overall! Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly. I was highly impressed that several employees even remembered my name after introducing myself only one time—that's top-tier customer service. They provide complimentary coffee and water, and they were very quick to offer a cold soda or bottled water while we waited. Our salesperson, Ton, stepped in and was absolutely super helpful throughout the entire process. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 come down to the appointment handoff and a couple of facility maintenance issues: We had a scheduled 11:30 AM appointment with Glenn, after inquiring online someone called to set an appointment. Glenn was busy with another client and had another waiting after that, which is totally understandable. However, no one took the initiative to communicate that to us, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes when I approached Ton and asked him about helping us. It would have been great if someone had simply stepped up and said, "Hey, Glenn is tied up right now, would it be okay if another salesperson took care of you instead?" rather than just leaving us in limbo. The showroom AC definitely needs to be adjusted, I know theirs tons of glass open to the outside. The employees were visibly sweating while working in the warm indoor temps, which isn't great for them or the customers sitting there for hours. Also, the sink in the bathroom had water running that couldn't be shut off, I let a couple employees know and they said they would let management know. Overall, a great team and an excellent deal on a car! Fix the showroom temperature and front-desk communication, and it’s a flawless 5-star experience. If you are looking for a vehicle I'd reccomend you stop by. If they don't have what you are looking for I'd be willing to bet they will try to find it for you.
