Cars that are advertised for sale are not available to look at for whatever reason; however potential buyers are told they are there, will send pics and info, yet upon arrival there none of the cars mentioned seem to be there. Sales and finance people were great. Alex makes a great sales person. He appears very empathetic with his customers.

6 months later I realize the mistake I made in coming here for a vehicle. I got swindled plain and simple. I adamantly pushed for a 4yr loan. They pushed for 5. I said no. I gave them an extra 1k down to help get me to a down payment I wanted. They came back with a 4yr at a monthly payment I was satisfied with, showed me on paper. So we get ready to sign the official paperwork. The sales guy passes me along to some other lady who has me sign all the paperwork. I assume this is to pass blame on "miscommunication" if it gets caught. I've always signed my paperwork with the salesperson with every car I've ever bought so I thought it was strange but ignored it. My fault was not paying attention as she quickly shuffled paperwork in front of me to sign, ostensibly ignoring the actual loan term, pointing out the monthly payment at a specific interest rate that was specific to a 48 month loan. Now, 6 months later, after going over my balance and payment, I realize it was a 60 month loan. It took a bunch of digging to find it. I noticed the paperwork they sent me home with did not have the original offer of 48 months @ my current payment. They conveniently didnt include that in my paperwork. I need to point out that my wife and I spoke multiple times in front of them about thr 4 year loan. Theres NO WAY they did not hear us speaking about it. They could have, at any point, pointed out it was a 5yr loan, not a 4. But they didnt. Because they knew what they were doing. Im beyond livid. I NEVER would have taken the loan if I knew it was 5 years. I was specifically seeking 4 years. Yes I know its my fault for not paying attention for what I was signing, but they are experts at using tactics to get the sale. Because I specifically said I wouldn't buy it on a 5 yr loan. I'll never buy from here or any subaru dealership ever again. You get ONE chance to earn my loyalty and you ruin it on the very first sale? Ill be going back to Toyota or Honda from now on. Way to go Subaru, class act.
