Worse salesman pressure tactics taking advantage of a 20 something 1st time car buyer. Presented what appeared to be a contract, made her sign it and place a deposit . In the end, it's not a contract but a control tactic. Promised the corporate maintenance package would be delivered throughout N America and my daughter was left paying for the maintenance on her meager salary at another dealership in Canada. Shameful and Beware, seems the salesman and business manager say anything to drive sales
