Update: I received a phone call from Five Star Nissan and was refunded the total amount of my purchase. They apologized for the inconvenience that I went through and said there was a staff clerical error on their end that caused an overcharge. They will assess the issue firsthand in a staff meeting to implement changes, so this doesn't happen again. I received the check and believe that Five Star Nissan will do the best going forward, to make sure that all customers have an excellent experience when servicing their Nissan vehicle there.

Beware! I called to check if this service department had a part I needed and they did. I made an appointment to install the part. But I was never provided a written estimate prior to work being done and I got ripped off. The mechanic got $400 for less than 1 hour work. They use the lie that their rates are higher due to their location. That is xx! I will be reporting them to the GA consumer Protection to investigate their fraudulent activities.
