Nice facility. Very friendly. They had a problem with the oil pump device so they made me wait over 1 1/2 hours for oil change. They finally hooked up a hand pump Very friendly. Should not have had to wait that long. More

Absolutely Terrible. I was bullied by the finance guy when I wouldn’t purchase the warranty. I have to say I was highly impressed with my interactions with the service team. It is by far the best experience I've ever had at the dealership and definitely exceeded my expectations. I've always wondered with the service team. It is by far the best experience I've ever had at the dealership and definitely exceeded my expectations. I've always wondered why dealerships did not have better service for their customers but thankfully you guys lived up to that expectation. I will be back and I'm thankful for Mac my service rep. More

Everyone was nice, just a few comments. 1.) I was told the day before I could have a shuttle and drop the car off at 8:15, or doba rental. I arrive to drop off and am told in the deale 1.) I arrive to drop off and am told in the dealership that shuttle/rental doesnt start until 9 when the "guy" gets in that does it and the rentals. I wait 40 minutes and go check and guy had not arrived, and the person who helped me initially did all the things to get me a rental (took 10 min)...my question is why did I have to wait 40 minutes when the guy turned out not to be the one to have to check me out? It was odd. Def makensure patrons are told when rentals and shuttles run because I was going to order an Uber to arrive at 8:15 until I was told I didn't need to. I was almoat late to a work meeting. 2. My hood was not shut properly. Thank goodness my husband noticed right before we got on the interstate because as we increased speed the hood was shaking badly. This happened once before in my life and I did not catch it before getting on the interstate and the hood flew up and broke my windshield. Just a note of caution. More
