My past visit on 8/21/21 will be my last visit to this service department. They never answer the phones and leaving a message is pointless. One service advisor in particular is the main reason I will go o service department. They never answer the phones and leaving a message is pointless. One service advisor in particular is the main reason I will go out my way to another Nissan dealership for service. That advisor is Dakyre Jones, he is extremely unprofessional and cold. Upon returning to get my car, he left for the day without so much as a call to inform me of the status of my car and when he was called by another staff member because MY CAR KEY couldn't be located, he hung up in my face. I just got my key back today and not once had he reached out to contact me about them. I called all day to the service department with no answer. When I asked for the service manager, I was told he was in meetings and that I would receive a call back. I received nothing and therefore I am done with this location. More

When I arrived at Nissan South Morrow, I was solicited via my cell phone to stop in the new car sales area to consider purchasing a car. I was then told that the best oil was "Mobile 1" however I was neve via my cell phone to stop in the new car sales area to consider purchasing a car. I was then told that the best oil was "Mobile 1" however I was never told that this type of oil would result in a cost of THREE times my normal cost of an oil change! While waiting for two hours for my oil change to be completed, a sales person came into the waiting area where there were roughly six to seven people waiting and proceeded to call out my name, then approach me with a solicitation of a auto warranty for service with everyone in the room looking on and waiting to hear my response! After about two hours of waiting, I decide to go into the service check in area to inquire about the completion of my oil change, when I noticed the car was sitting outside in the work completion area of the dealership. I approached the service technician's desk and asked how long has it been completed, expressed my shock at the price and length of time it took to complete an oil change! I asked to speak to the service manager who came out after about five minutes to ask about my concerns. He then proceeded to make excuses and defensive posture for my complaints of poor customer service, undisclosed price of oil change cost and said he deals in reality NOT excuses! More

Low rate customer service I recently had an AC Compressor service repair completed on my vehicle on 7/11/2020. I experienced continued problems with my AC after the service com I recently had an AC Compressor service repair completed on my vehicle on 7/11/2020. I experienced continued problems with my AC after the service completion and returned to the dealership with a scheduled appointment time of 3 pm on 7/31/2020. My service advisor Kwasi was great on the 7/11/2020 visit, but for this visit, he didn't appear to be concerned with my issues. I spoke with the service manager and he also seemed unconcerned and asked me questions as if I was not truthful about what I was experiencing. I waited at the dealership for a total of 4 1/2 hours, I was the last customer to leave on 7/31/2020. With that being said, Kwasi nor the service manager, Ralph Gray came to the customer waiting area to make me aware that my vehicle was complete. I had to come out on my own after I had fallen asleep to inquire if my vehicle was complete. I was disappointed to look around to see that my vehicle had BEEN completed and was parked outside. Had I not come out, I would've just been sitting there. Not to mention, that I had vehicle service alerts that were visible when starting up my vehicle that were not reset nor mentioned to me as a courtesy. More

Lakeside is professional, friendly and knowledgeable of his products. He is attentive. Although his job is selling cars I could tell he wanted to get me the best deal ever. From the sales team to finance his products. He is attentive. Although his job is selling cars I could tell he wanted to get me the best deal ever. From the sales team to finance, every person is awesome! I was totally at ease. I was not pressured. They were not there to hustle and understood the word budget. I will tell anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Nissan Morrow for a great buying experience. More

Great Customer Service I’m usually pretty skeptical about new car dealerships, but I must say I had a wonderful experience. Lakeside and Lakeandace were very helpful and per I’m usually pretty skeptical about new car dealerships, but I must say I had a wonderful experience. Lakeside and Lakeandace were very helpful and personable. Lakeside was able to assist me with finding a vehicle within my budget and with my credit challenges. He was very attentive and made sure I got what I needed. He even called to check on things after I purchased the vehicle. Lakeandace did a wonderful job walking me through my car features and explaining my warranties. I like the fact they encourage you to give call them if you need anything. Nissan South definitely has the personal touch. More

Not Helpful I made an appointment to have my son's Nissan Kicks oil changed and tires rotated. I pulled in and got out of my car and for the longest time no one I made an appointment to have my son's Nissan Kicks oil changed and tires rotated. I pulled in and got out of my car and for the longest time no one addressed me. Finally someone said they would be right with me. The service manager came out and asked if he could help me. I told him I was there for the first service on the car and I had a sticker on the car saying the first service was complimentary. He said, "We don't honor these anymore, but we will this time." Why say that? Like you are doing me a favor?? So, then he placed me with an advisor, Randy. Randy was helpful and answered all my questions at this time. I was told that the rotation is not included in the free service-which was fine. After waiting almost two hours, I asked Randy about the long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. His first response when I said I had an appointment was, "That is an appointment with your service advisor." I responded, "Well, that is misleading when you sign up for service." Then he proceeds to tell me that they are really busy today. I was never told they were busy and that an oil change and tire rotation would take longer than expected. I conveyed that it was not good customer service to not give an estimated time of waiting. At this point, Randy got on his computer and began to ignore me, I asked him was that all the answer that he was going to give me and he said it was an honest answer and then ignored me again. While standing there, my car was brought around. I told him I knew a survey would be sent out and I was not happy how I had been treated...especially since we had just bought a 2nd car from the dealership within the past week. Randy told the service manager that I was not happy, so he came over to speak with me. I told him my concerns and he told me the same thing, that they were very busy-which is an EXCUSE!!! He asked what he could do and I said comp me for the tire rotation-which they did. Second visit 5/11/2019-the check engine light is on. ALL THEY DID WAS CLEAR THE CODE!!! AND...there is NOT even a record of having that done AND they did not list that the tires were rotated on the first visit....so were they??? My son took his Kicks to another Nissan service department today (5/17/19) and they actually did service on the car and found a problem with the O-ring seal. I will not return with my son's 2018 Kicks or my bring my 2019 Rogue to this service department!!! More
