This was an emergency visit as my check engine light was on as well as the coolant temp was extremely low. Didn’t have an appointment but they had me in and out in 4 hours. Great staff!

I visited Southtowne Chevrolet on 12/21 to address something in one of the tires on my Blazer - it needed to be plugged. Was advised that the hole was too close to the inner wall of the tire - I would have to purchase a tire. I was given a price for the same brand/size tire that is on my vehicle (Michelin Premium LTX, 235/55R20), & advised a tire would be ordered, for my return to the dealership on 12/26 to swap out tires. I called the morning of 12/26 to be told that the tire was never ordered. One service advisor said "the other svce advisor was supposed to order it". That svce advisor claimed they knew nothing about it. The svce advisor I was talking to said that particular tire was discontinued, but had 4 alternate tires in stock (which were more money: Michelin Primacy, 235/55R20), so I went ahead & told him I would purchase 2 of those, & needed an oil change as well, to which he advised to arrive around 4pm. On my way to Southtowne, I received a call from them advising they couldn't accomodate my needed service for that day & requested I return the next day. I told the svce advisor I was already on the way there - I couldn't wait another day. Upon my arrival, I advised the svce advisor that I was willing to wait for them to service my Blazer, which they were able to do by 6pm. Don't appreciate all of the drama & the fact that someone didn't do their job, which made it worse for those working on 12/26, & me....but I am thankful that my Blazer was able to be serviced. I typically don't have issues from the service dept at this dealership.

Jason (and the whole team) always takes good care of my Volvo. Nice team and friendly. The facility is nice to sit (if you have to) for an hour or two--but they seem to work as quickly as possible so I'm never there for a long time. I drive out of my way to for service but so far, it's been worth it. I hope they keep up the good work.

Trina Whitten told me that I needed the service and my service advisor Tripp Harper treated me like a valued customer. The service was handled very fast. Made an appointment with Chris to install an electronic brake controller on my 2020 Ram 1500. They started the work on my truck as scheduled and were on time with the completion of the work. Final price was less than originally expected and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend Jimmy Britt for all of your service needs.

I went in to service my vehicle and was approached by a professional salesman named Mr. Price about upgrading my vehicle. He was very pleasant and not pushy as I have experienced in the past. I expressed to him at this time I'm not in the market for a new car because of other current obligations. He proceeded to show me new 2025 models and I absolutely loved the new inventory. Excellent Service Dept. with knowledgeable service advisers and mechanics. I had thumping vibration and noise from LR. Also under the vehicle noise at all speeds. Free diagnosis charge Found bent skid plate in front rubbing on front sub frame. They fixed that No charge. Badly warped LR rotor and slightly warped RR rotor. Advisor offered resurfacing of rotors as option. I wanted new OE painted rotors and they gave me a very good price for the new premium OE painted rotors. Same OE painted Rotors for actually less in price than I could get from RockAuto and much less in price than the online Mopar Parts Giant. Pads were slightly high in price but the labor cost of $199 was reasonable. This made it a complete no brainer for me to have the dealership do the brake job on the lift instead of me doing it crawling around on the ground. They noticed coolant pump leaking from shaft and that was replaced under warranty. I'd very pleased they did that. I am very pleased with the cost of the rear brake job. They also rotated the tires for no charge, Spoke with Brian the mechanic and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Fadil Hamidovic the service advisor is the most knowledgeable service advisor that I have met! I've had new vehicles from various dealers and he is unquestionably the best. Other things about this dealership. Clean and modern customer waiting area. Free coffee bar. Spotless restrooms. Quick and efficient free courtesy transportation with a super nice driver. I rate this dealership a FIVE STAR dealership.
