I brought my Equinox in for a routine maintenance. It was supposed to cost around $250. When the bill came in it was $470. I almost passed out...but Michael said that can't be right and researched. Service did not fix the car as needed for electrical problem with the map and entertainment screen. The car was there four business days. Service calls and says it is fixed. I started the car, and the same problem persisted. It shouldn't have been that hard to check it. So, I had to get the car towed to another dealer who can fix it right. Wasted many days on this problem, and now have to start over.
