He was able to work out numbers and get us to a great purchase price prior to leaving the house. The deal was smooth and the car was in better shape than I expected. Thank you from the salesman, to the manager, and finally the finance manager for helping out and getting us in our new ride. P.S They even stayed 1 hour past closing and helped me shuttle a rental after the deal was done. Great customer service and a very happy customer with a reliable vehicle.

I scheduled a service appointment with Gainesville Hyundai and when I got there, they told me the repair would take about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Well an hour and a half later, they called me up to the service desk and told me they didn’t have the part to do the recall work. I asked them why they didn’t have the part when they knew I was coming in over a week ahead of time and I took a day off work and they said that one of the other technicians had used the part on another car a couple days prior. They then said they would order the part and then call me and one to two days to schedule another appointment and I have never heard back from them

My experience on the 22nd March,2025 when I showed up without an appointment with my Sonata to have a maintenance done was excellent. The attendant pointing this out said it was one of their busy days. I should not worry because he was going to slot me in. He inquired about any problems and then gave me and approximate time for the job completion. I decided to wait . During this time I availed myself of the complimentary coffee and water.A complete diagnosis was done in the vehicle and the attendant forwarded this to my email. He then came across to me and showed pictures of the things recommended to be done. The also provided cost and asked my permission to carry out the extra work. The work was completed within the estimated time. I noted that he was providing on the job training for a new staff. I can safely say that I would recommend Galley to anyone. Additionally with the training program and the professionalism displayed the Company is in excellent hands.

A very bad experience at the Terry Reid Hyundai dealership in Cartersville. I had had an unfortunate situation where I had purchased a car from a private owner. I have a major back issue and am tall and unfortunately the car was just too small for me with my issues but in excellent condition. I went to trade it in and warned the dealership I had spent my budget on the car and needed to trade down. I had told them I had been lowballed at dealerships before and had to leave, and I was re-assured they were very aggressive on their pricing. It is a 2018 fully loaded Subaru. They lowballed me and offered $13,000 for my car (what in the world) and I was shown a car fax that it is worth $11K but had it marked in fair condition (the car is in excellent condition). They came up to $17,000 and I still said no as they wanted me to pay an additional $20,000 on top of that I had already spent on the trade in car. I can't afford that. Then, I was offered $22,000 trade in with a $5,000 out of pocket amount if I purchased today and signed. I could of course do that. I asked for a moment for my mom and I to discuss, and the manager came over and I thanked him as we thought he was the one that made this offer happen. He said wait, wait - that is not correct, and the over was revoked. They tried to say it was only something to get approved. If that were the case, then why did I not have to sign any other offers they presented me. This is deceptive and a flat out lying. Please be careful going to this dealership - especially if you are in a bad situation, financially conservative and need honestly and fairness. See revoked offer and text stating that they aggressively price. Very bad experience. That is not the way you build trust or do business.

While pleasant, the salesperson had to keep googling to answer questions about car during test drive and while showing car. When business mgr sent paperwork for financing options... He left out banking information/contract for review and when I texted salesperson they didn't return the text.... After a week, had to contact General Mgr to finally get contract information.... Then they sent a driver that didn't know anything about car either ( suggested I read the manual). Again the Salesperson was hard to reach at this point. Also the delivery driver was sent with a key (the 2nd set) that was for another car..... Had to wait for a FedEx for correct key AND the correct owners manual. What a Deal, maybe not..... Choose wisely where you go

Me Harell was not pushy and kept us informed at every staged if the process. The only downside is took a while however that's to be expected Will use again when I'm need off a new car

Dave is the worst!!! He doesn’t take pride in providing his customers with transparency and quality car repairs. Instead they mess your car up and take no accountability just lies. Thats why he makes you pay for everything first so when it’s still messed up it’s just your lost. It started with my alternator and oil change his bootleg mechanic didn’t put my tensioner belt on right and didn’t properly plug my oil which caused oil to leak everywhere and damage my serpentine belt. Took it back to fix the belt and front and back breaks he made up an excuse for why he didn’t do the front only did the back and only put two lug nuts in my left front tire and 2 in my right back tire. On my way home from picking up the car I lost control of the car and it veered off the road. It was so scary and my 8 year old daughter is still traumatized. My adventurous little human that was always the first to call shot gun, Is now scared to ride in cars and get anxiety attacks when she does. Smh soon as we got home I called and told Dave he said they are not responsible for tires when it was his mechanic that neglected to put in all the lug nuts after taking them off to do the brakes. The mechanic Jerrell sent a total stranger to my house bout 9 pm with only two lug nuts to put in the back tire he had to take one lug nut from each of my other two tires to put on my front tire that only had two Lug nuts the tire was almost off the car They said the belts were the reason my car was squealing got the belts fix car was still squealing and now smoking. I pulled the car over to call him he said it’s just the oil that had leaked out from the oil leak the same old oil I payed him $50 to pressure wash off. He put a new belt on with same old oil that caused the belt to go bad in the first place. After realizing nothing is being fixed and all the damage was being done by them I asked for an invoice of all parts and labor he actually refused his mechanic left his diagnostic machine plugged in my car and it read turbo booster /supercharge but they never mentioned that not one time. He refused to give me an invoice for all parts and labor so if the car is still squealing and smoking what proof do I have to show it’s really been fixed. They would never even put a new oil change sticker on it, that lets me know the date and time it was done and when my next oil change is due. When I asked how am I supposed to know when I’m due for my next oil change he said give it a couple of months or so I didn’t understand that at all. He was very rude and irate when I told him that my car still isn’t fixed even after I paid them to fix everything that they said was wrong. I expressed to him that I felt they were taking advantage of me because I am a women that doesn’t know anything about cars and I’m solely depending on them to diagnose and fix the problem. He fussed at me and treated me like a dog like I didn’t matter After finding out I left a bad review on the 12 of March and that his mechanic left his diagnostic machine plugged in my car he demanded me to bring it back as if I stole it.Soon as I noticed it I told him it was left in the car and that I would bring it when I came in later to make my payment and pick up all my invoices. He said ok and 30minutes later he went and repoed my car the payment was due on the 16 which was on a Sunday I called him early Monday morning and told him I would b in later after I get off work around 1. I told him I had to catch a uber from my job in peach tree city to my house in Fairburn where the car was parked in my driveway to get his diagnostic machine and than another uber all the way to him on riverdale rd mainly to do the honorable thing and give it back even though it was left in there and I was pissed with him and soon as I noticed it I let him know. He’s not an honorable person so he doesn’t respect that type of stuff. They depleted me of all my funds with no proof of ever fixing it. And repoed it cause I demanded proof
