I would give 10 stars if I could. Great dealership! I found my vehicle online, spoke and texted with Jace, Jan, and Leighann. I had every detail perfectly explained and understood before setting foot in the dealership. A great price on the new SUV and a fair price on my trade-in. No pressure, and a quick experience on location - what more can you ask for? I would definitely do business with again.

The General Manger JR was friendly and explained everything that was on the finance paperwork. My Wife and I enjoyed doing business with AutoNation. Will refer to anyone who is looking for a car.

The car buying experience with McDonough Hyundai was outstanding . I had decided on the Santa Cruz before visiting the dealership. Kevin greeted us and was enthusiastic to assist on showing the inventory of available Santa Cruz models on the lot. We did a thorough test drive which confirmed that is this car model I wanted to purchase. Kevin answered all our questions and was instrumental ensuring I got the best deal possible. He is a great asset to the dealership.

I scheduled a service appointment with Gainesville - Chronicle

I scheduled a service appointment with Gainesville Hyundai and when I got there, they told me the repair would take about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Well an hour and a half later, they called me up to the service desk and told me they didn’t have the part to do the recall work. I asked them why they didn’t have the part when they knew I was coming in over a week ahead of time and I took a day off work and they said that one of the other technicians had used the part on another car a couple days prior. They then said they would order the part and then call me and one to two days to schedule another appointment and I have never heard back from them

Service and parts department is terrible. My washer fluid reservoir would leak all the fluid out of my 2023 Santa Fe. Took it in and they said it was a bad hose and they would order it and let me know when it was in. 2.5 months later I called to see if was in and they never ordered it. Didn’t even know what it needed. So they said they would just replace the whole thing and it would take a week to get it in and they would call me. Never got a call and can’t get them to answer. Definitely find another place to buy a car and have it serviced.

While pleasant, the salesperson had to keep googling to answer questions about car during test drive and while showing car. When business mgr sent paperwork for financing options... He left out banking information/contract for review and when I texted salesperson they didn't return the text.... After a week, had to contact General Mgr to finally get contract information.... Then they sent a driver that didn't know anything about car either ( suggested I read the manual). Again the Salesperson was hard to reach at this point. Also the delivery driver was sent with a key (the 2nd set) that was for another car..... Had to wait for a FedEx for correct key AND the correct owners manual. What a Deal, maybe not..... Choose wisely where you go

I want to shout out the Keith Harell the best at Five Star Hyundai in Macon. My mom and I purchased new Sonata he was great to with with. Me Harell was not pushy and kept us informed at every staged if the process. The only downside is took a while however that's to be expected Will use again when I'm need off a new car

Save time and take your business elsewhere. Service department lacks customer service. I had our Hyundai towed to Hyundai of Cumming when it broke down. 5 days later after nobody calling me with diagnosis I finally got in touch with someone just to be told they have no timeline of when they will be able to bring it into shop for diagnosis. I paid for another tow truck to bring it to another shop that repaired it in 2 days after receiving it. I called to let them know I was moving in another direction and of course nobody answered the phone which was my experience throughout this process. So I left a message notifying them that a tow driver was coming to pick it up. Nobody ever called me back to even inquire on why I was taking my business elsewhere. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!!

Brian Walker has been the SA for me the last couple of years visits. He’s prompted coming to the car as I drive in. He has always been helpful and has good costumer communication skills. He lets me know what is possibly coming up that would need to be addressed. Dropping off the car is the only way I have experienced the service department but that’s my preference anyway. Terrible car repair service. - David

Terrible car repair service. Did not address my issue or listen to my suggestion and $800.00 later problem not fixed. Pretty sure there excuse was a lie. Every other diagnostics test showed 2 emission faults including there's 1 year earlier but they said that didn't show on there computer and that they fixed the fault that did. Now they want to keep the car for 2 weeks and change a bunch of gaskets hoping 1 of them is the issue. I told them there is a known test to diagnose precisely where the issue is. They know nothing about they said they are experts and know what they are doing. Clearly they are not. I was told they are crooks I should have listened.

Everything about this dealership is what you would expect from a typical, slimy salesman. They make big promises with great deal.. and then completely backtrack after you sign papers. I hated every second I was there and felt strong armed into making decisions.
