He spent a lot of time with me on the phone answering questions about the truck I was interested in, and made sure to greet me when I finally arrived at the dealership, even though he was assisting another customer. Aaron introduced me to Steve, another kind and professional salesman, who patiently helped me find the exact truck I needed to pull my camper. Aaron checked on me a couple of times during my visit to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated, and he was pleased to learn that I found the exact truck to suit my needs. I had a tight budget, but Steve and Daniel worked hard to get me a great deal (that I could actually afford), and gave me a very good allowance for my trade-in as well. Ethan got me out the door and into the seat of my dream truck, which had been cleaned and fueled up, by the way! A few months ago, I decided I needed to get a new vehicle. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 10 years and I basically wanted another one. Carlton Harris, the salesman, showed me exactly what I needed. We went over a few basic questions and we decided I didn't really want the top-of-the-line CRV, but the middle line. It had everything I was looking for. Carlton was so great to work with! He got right to work and made the entire process easy & as quick as possible. I got my 2019 from here in 2024 and let me tell you my car has been nothing but absolute issues since I got it. Not even after the first 2 days my car breaks down and it has to be towed to the dealership and then if that wasn’t to top it all off I was screwed over in my monthly payments even with $1,000 down and with a trade in they gave me $6,000 they still screwed me over and tripled the cost of my car I wish I would’ve never have gotten it and I will absolutely never be back here they’ve lost all my business

At 51 this was the best customer service and most convenient automobile purchase I’ve ever had. Due to my work schedule, Daryen Amaker( sales consultant), Melissa Gardner ( financial) and Wayne Jackson (sales Manager) worked with me by text , email and phone to gather information so I just had to review and sign. This was not a new car that was 60k to 80k purchase but you would have thought it was, it was a used 2022 and half of that, which also says a lot about the priorities of what matters to this dealerships and family whom started it.
