AS ALWAYS, I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with my service experiences this week (there were two!). I called Trevor, my Service Advisor, he got me scheduled for the first appointment for routine maintenance, experiences this week (there were two!). I called Trevor, my Service Advisor, he got me scheduled for the first appointment for routine maintenance, then he worked me right in to change my battery on Friday before traveling out of town. Trevor is ALWAYS awesome! I'm going to repeat things I have previously stated due to their being consistent truths: Trevor keeps me informed every step of the way during the assessment and/or repair process. He knows me and my warranty info, so he can usually give me a ballpark synopsis of what's possibly going to happen and at what cost over the course of the service. Trevor is SO considerate of my time and cares about how the service is going to affect me personally (i.e., making sure my battery got repaired that day, so I could travel safely out of town) Honda has a "Champion of Customer Service" in Trevor, which is priceless in my line of work!!! My new battery works great, so my engine strart electrical system isn't freaking out! THANKS Honda Service Team and THANK YOU Trevor!!! More
