this is a difficult review to write and my first review of my life - Brent the owner is super nice! you will like him. Would i buy a car this way again - no I would not. when looking for a car brent responds within seconds to questions and concerns - after you pay for the car and are waiting for it it may be days before you can get a hold of him - very frustrating and scary. i wanted to buy a very specific range rover and brent did a GREAT job of finding it - i did pay only an average price for it - not great (that was MY choice of course) - when we got the car it was detailed and looked great - the problem is it had several small issues that a dealership would have taken care of before i got it - and buying from an auction you are stuck with the car (brent says some 900.00 thing but that is kind of shaky - never really figured that out) - the car is a 2013 range rover - leaking water pump 1100.00, bent rim 900.00, electrical issue came to 750.00, tires had way less tread than advertised - 1000.00, - oh well NOT brents fault of course--- but i have bought used range rovers from dealerships and they take care of those for you - i am very upset though about a second key fob was advertised included and it did not come - i have in writing i would get it sent to me or i would get one purchased for me (500.00) but obviously that didnt happen after many many requests so i just gave up - all being said i like the car - it cost me way too much in the end to get it in a condition it would have been in at the dealership - - very scary and stressful purchase -brent is very nice and likeable but i would not recommend this unless you have nerves of steel and will risk having issues with your car when you get it (you have to prepay so you are at their mercy) - also I believe the 900.00 warranty/ thing about them paying anything over that amount - it kinda goes away after car is delivered.

Shopping for a car has never been so easy and pleasant. Car buying is something I wouldn't look any more forward to than getting a root canal. The salesperson (Fernando) was polite, informative and very knowledgeable. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to doing this again, but hopefully not for a long time because I LOVE my new XT4! As they say in their commercials, Don't drive miles, go to Niles.

My review at this private Dealer ship was amazing, I was treated with great respect by the manager (Chuck) and Keith the GM. They came out of the office and were friendly and very knowledgeable of the auto that I went to look and to test drive. The car that I am going to purchase is in mint condition and only needs minor cosmetic work done. Otherwise the car is great and it ride's very well. Per Chuck took care of me and answered all my questions to my standards and Chuck will also adjust and fix what ever the car needs brfore I drive it of the lot. He was sincere with me and had made feelvery comfortable with himas well as Keith the GM of the dealer ship. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone looking to purchase well reconditioned automobiles at a fair price. Nice Vehicles/service but Proceed with Caution - Bfriday

The salesman worked with me on the price. Most of the vehicles I drove were nice and drove well. However, I drove a mustang convertible that had noticeable mechanical issues. I ended up buying a 2013 Infinity G37 convertible. Everything seemed good, but eventually (in less than 30 days) the rack and pinion and power steering pump both went out costing me $3500. I later contacted the dealer to make sure the "As Is" clause was solid and if they offered any warranty under the circumstances. The "As Is" applied so no warranty. Asked for service records to see if there was anything outstanding with repaired part. Nothing in records about the repaired items, but there was something on file about changing the brake rotors and break pads with a price tag of over $700 (previously didn't know about this...I still have to do this adding over $4000 to my original purchase price.). Nice vehicles, but I'd recommend getting a solid extended warranty if buying from this company.

I am surprised there are any positive reviews for this dealership. All the other review sites show nothing but poor reviews. I purchased a 1968 Corvette Convertible that Steve advertised as a Frame-off restoration. I have the entire add to show what he claimed this car was. I have had a certified Corvette mechanic go through the entire car due to all of the problems encountered. This is just a partial list of the issues: 1. Front suspension is shot and must be rebuilt. 2. Lash Auto claims to have rebuilt the rear suspension and there are a number of new parts however, none of the bolts were tighten down so the CAM angle on the rear end so far off that it appeared that the rear tires were about to come off. 3. The wipers do not work even after four attempts by Lash Auto to fix them. 4. The heater core is not connected and has been sealed. 5. The speedometer does not work. 6. The wrong bell housing is installed on the transmission causing the transmission to tilt to the right and make shifting into reverse almost impossible. 7. The transmission is full of sludge. 8. The convertible top is ripped in four different places. 9. After Lash Auto attempted to fix the speedometer cable problem and the broken temperature gauge, the dash was not re-installed and all of the dash wiring is hanging down. They have sent me a check for 1,300.00 to cover the cost of repairing the transmission but the rest of the issues that must be repaired will cost an additional 8 to 9 thousand. This was advertised as a car in perfect condition. The advertisement even says “The ashtray and cigarette lighter work and have never been used”. They don’t work and they had been well used many years ago. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with this car dealer. They claim to “Christians” and really play that up during any of the initial conversations. As soon as there is a problem, they become uncooperative, difficult, and very defensive. I would be happy to provide the advertisement that Steve had on EBay, all the emails I’ve had with them, and the entire assessment done by a third party C-3 Certified Chevy Corvette mechanic.

I came to Jacksonville straight from Puerto Rico to work in a Federal agency. I needed a car but since I still didn't have a pay stub from my job, several dealers in the area were reluctant to offer me a car. I went to LDB Motors with other evidence of my job status and we were able to work out a deal with a car I previously looked on their webpage and was still available. Some of the other dealers I went before, had outdated webpages. All their staff were professional and helpful. So as long as you talk to them clearly, you'd be able to get a good car from LDB Motors.

Showed up with my wife who needed to get a new, used car. I knew I had bad credit and had to go to a buy here pay here and saw their commercials with Peppermint Patty. As soon as we got on the lot we were greeted by Curtis but told him we were just looking around and he left us alone which was nice. Then I thought he came back but it was his brother...a man named Harold who ended up helping us. They walked us through everything we needed to do from down payment to biweekly payments. And while the down payment was a little more, we had bad credit so we couldn't be too picky. But they were awesome and helped us through everything. Even splitting the down payment into 2 weekly payments. Thanks to them we have 2 vehicles and not just 1 which was a nightmare with our schedules. From salespeople to Patty in the office, to Jason the owner who greeted us as well...they all were amazing to work with.

Liars and Thieves! All I want is my money back. They sold me a car that lasted 62 miles and REFUSE to issue a refund. They refuse to fix the car either but I wouldn’t let their mechanics touch anything. They “checked out the car I bought” and apparently don’t know what OIL IS!!

These people are LIARS! Don't let the fool you!!! My boyfriend and i purchased our care here. About 3 months ago my car got stolen. So i reported everything to my insurance and gap. After these 3 months past I finally finished the whole processed and gap let me know that they would be sending my boyfriend a check under HIS NAME to the dealership. Everything seemed fine at the moment. After weeks of emailing my gap insurance agent back and forward she lets me know "HEY WE SEND YOU THE CHECK OVER TO THE DEALER SHIP HERE IS YOUR TRACKING NUMBER". As soon as i received that emailed on Monday I called the dealer and the first person i spoke with was ALEX after he had me on hold for 10 minutes he transferred me to a lady and she transferred me to CINDY and Cindy let me know that there was no check there under his name that all checks come under the dealerships name and i had to wait until Friday to get a personal check from them. I said oh ok. That to me at the moment didn't sound right but i just let it go. On Tuesday i called my gap agent again and i asked her "HEY CAN YOU PLEASE CONFIRM UNDER WHO'S NAME DID YOU GUYS SEND THE CHECK TO? AND SHE TOLD ME GABY UNDER YOSMANY'S NAME." I let her know what CINDY had told me and my agent told me i am going to call them at that same moment and see what they would tell her. My agent also spoke with CINDY and my agent let her know LISTEN CINDY WE ARE UNDER A CONTRACT AND IN THAT CONTRACT IT STATES THAT THEY ARE "NOT" OBLIGATED TO BUY ANOTHER CAR IF THEY DONT WANT TO. and CINDY WAS SPEECHLESS ONLY SAID "OH". As soon as that call ended in that moment i just new this dealer was playing dirty with me. So as soon as i got out of my job i went straight over i asked for CINDY and she had gone home for the day so MAGIE (who by the way is so rabble and unprofessional) had the audacity to tell me that the checks don't come under no-ones name blah blah blah. I left because she was just pissing me off. Once again i call my gap insurance agent and told her what was going on and she was so surprised again letting me know the the check was sent over under YOSMANY'S NAME. so i went back wanting to speak to a manager or head supervisor by the name of REY where at the time he was in the office talking with MAGGIE. And again i was given the run around so i asked to speak to the OWNER OR MANAGER WITH LAST NAME LOPEZ he never gave the face. So then MAGGIE tells me okay come tomorrow i cant give you the check today i am sorry the check has not arrived right then and there i show her the tracking via UPS and she didn't even look at my phone. So left because at the end we where tied up. This morning I went back and they had me waiting in the office for 30 minutes of course CINDY NOR MAGGIE gave me the face today and i had lady by the name of JESSI i believe give me the check and CINDY explained that SHE HAD SIGNED IT BECAUSE DIDN'T NOTICE IT WAS UNDER YOSMANY'S NAME. Now how can you not notice this? of course they were never planning to give me that money BC AFTER 30 Days of no one claiming the check it automatically becomes the dealerships money. They just thought they had an easy sucker. BUT GUESS WHAT I WAS PLANNING ON BUYING A CAR THERE BUT AFTER ALL THIS HASSLE THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF MY MONEY NOR MY ATTENTION. Their cars may look nice but the mechanical issues and past accident problems that they deny will leave you stranded within the first few months. I bought a car from these people, sold it canceled the gap insurance a month or so later. This was all within a 5 month period. 3 months later still no refund, they do not return calls. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE RIP OFF - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have reported them to the BBB the next place I am going is to every single news station that will listen to my story about how they are horrible to their customers.

Dan Schalk in the last week-Edit Zero stars! Long review but a MUST READ! Was sold a Ford Freestyle with bad transmission off the lot after being assured the noise was nothing to worry about. Salesman said "its like a truck, the CVT trans are a bit loud - We sell great cars never any complaints" - Come to find out later this was his FIRST sale! This was only 11 days ago. Florida has no lemon laws. The car has only 78,000 mi. Days ago I looked into the "helicopter" noise in P and N after parking next to the SAME car and not hearing the noise from that car! I asked the owner about it and was sadly informed MY trans is on it's way out! NO WAY? I went home VERY CONCERNED and looked on the internet about this car. My heart sunk. He was dead right! I WAS LIED TO AT THE DEALER! MISLEAD! ALL OVER THE INTERNET it's a KNOWN issue! I test drove another car different dealer, same noise and the dealer admitted it's the trans but said they never noticed it "sorry pal" - So THEY KNEW most likely for sure as they had my car unsold for 8 months! I have reason to believe I was purposefully mislead so they could FINALLY unload their known LEMON. No disclosure when asked how long the car had been on lot. Never dreamed 8 months! SURELY it had been test driven by many more car savvy folks who asked about the "noise" - They DID NOT want me to take it to my mech (excuses) but he was not at all familiar with the CVT trans anyway and agreed that IF it was like a Ford truck as the sales guy had stated it's not a huge issue, he can fix it. Newsflash! NOT TRUCK LIKE AT ALL! NEXT LEMON, INC surely knew the trans was going. Someone did. If not everyone. Car is in good shape minus the trans but is worth only 5800 KBB running. After repair/replacement we will be into this car for over $11G's! My wife and my family have been torched by this. Deceitful, dishonest, rude and condescending. The salesman was not but he DID mislead us and truly knew NOTHING about the car or the dealer as he had only been there ONE day! We should have walked 100 times but we looked at each other and said "Can this be? If they are THIS rude and STILL have business then they MUST be doing something right? I understand that as is is just that "as is" - But I can now pick apart the lies and deceit we were fed by the bucket. I can tell you why there was no trans prob on the carfax. Hindsight is 20/20. They will BURN you. This car was on the lot so long they HAD to KNOW! Taking car to Ford dealers to get estimates on trans repair. If not acceptable I will demonstrate in front of Next Car, Inc. until I feel satisfied that I've figuratively warned lots of peeps about their dishonest, deceitful tactics. Planning to have news media on this as well! We've had the car for only 11 days and have not drove it much for fear of making it worse. Not even made first payment. This has ruined my families summer. Next Car Knows they ripped us. They are happy to screw you and super proud I'm sure when they pass on their "bad buys" to the citizenry at grossly large profits. Rather than weeding cars out that are OBVIOUSLY on the fritz. They can in fact return their "bad buy" lemons BACK to the auction for FULL refunds if they choose - but they never do. It's passed onto you while you are being looked in the eye and told "We are Family oriented" -"We just want to make people happy" and "We don't haggle because we sell fine cars". Blah blah blah blah... Ask the condescending owner about the vehicle noise and your concern and get told "you can leave if you want... We sell quality cars"... So arrogant his arrogance fooled us. Now this - NEXT LEMON, INC. on BIG lemon pickets. We'll be there EVERY Saturday MINIMUM with our signs, lemon car, crew and kids until we're satisfied you feel the burn we have. To us 11,000 dollars is a TON of money for a 5000 dollar car... That's a lot of loss to endure from a dishonest man. Will NEXT LEMON morally and ethically meet me in the middle somewhere? Maybe I'd change my tune a little.The car has clonked out on us 4 times as well bucking wildly. Not safe AT ALL and was not safe BEFORE we ever drove it!
