Let’s face it. Buying a new or used car is stressful and it can be a draining experience. Over the years, I’ve purchased many new and used vehicles and have had many of the same negative shared experiences. Alas! Coconut Creek Subaru has since changed my negative opinion of the car buying process… forever! Well, at least this time anyhow. The lease was up and I needed a new ride. So, I went online to browse the Subaru inventory in Coconut Creek. There, I found the website along with the details and photographs of each vehicle easy to find and navigate. After conducting an extensive search, I found what I was looking for and briefly reached out with my inquiry to the dealership. Soon thereafter, (within minutes) I was contacted by Sales Consultant Connor Bleakly from the Subaru dealership in Coconut Creek. Connor was very professional, courteous, informative and eagerly listened to what I had to say with a list of my expectations. Well? He delivered! After going over many models and various trim lines, Connor scheduled an appointment to meet, (sacrificing his own schedule - sorry girlfriend), to accommodate mine. When we finally met, Connor was prepared and ready to go. He even had the a/c turned on to cool down the vehicle I sought. Even after taking multiple test drives, in multiple vehicles, Connor had the best demeanor and patience. He gladly walked me through every process and explained them as we went along. Connor not only sold me a car, he sold me an unforgettable, positive experience with Coconut Creek Subaru. Never, I have I ever been treated so well by a car dealer, (thank you Subaru Coconut Creek), for allowing Conner to be my sales representative. To Connor, thank you for being the first sales guy to have met and exceeded my goals and needs! More dealership sales people should learn from you. I also need to extend my sincere gratitude to Sales Manager Ian Zwick for not putting me through that long back and forth haggle process and allowing me to obtain the terms to my liking. In closing, due to the outstanding sales and services I received from Coconut Creek Subaru with my recent purchase, they have reinstated my confidence in the car buying process. I was actually at a dealership next to 747 team, and had the worst experience with a stressful enough purchase of a vehicle. The dealership dirty, staff not very friendly, the manager did come out and apologized but left very unhappy. I picked up my phone, and started looking for another similar car, and 747 Motors popped up, and within walking distance, so I headed over and run into Marlyse, which was more of a friendly smile, rather than your typical pushy Car Salesman. The overall experience was just amazing, nice and relaxed, even Medwin the man with the paperwork spent his time going over not just the car I purchased, but other options, great team. At the end the owner of the Dealership, Roman, was there, and I had to stop by and thank him, and congratulate from such a beautiful showroom; as an Architect we appreciate design and details and was just a phenomenal experience. Did our homework on multiple makes, models, and dealerships and eventually landed on the Genesis GV70 because (1) the fully-loaded Prestige package is a great price compared to similar size and features from Mercedes, BMW, or Acura, and (2) it was in stock (given the 2021 shortages on chips). Went in and met sales person Tony Wilson, a great, hard working, enthusiastic soul with good character. Highly recommend Tony and the Napleton West Palm Beach dealership. The separate service team is also proactive to make sure they schedule time to go over all the massive amount of tech built into the Prestige package. Thanks all. Enjoying the new ride tremendously.

Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. I believe we will be friends for a very long time. I also believe I will be driving a Volvo for a very long time. My car is an absolute dream! Thank you so much.
