What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well. More

We were on a trip & needed four tires replaced. It took them three hours to change the tires, the tech was on top of the tire machine trying to remout the tires. He ending up needing help from anot It took them three hours to change the tires, the tech was on top of the tire machine trying to remout the tires. He ending up needing help from another tech to mount the new tires. The tech ending up dropping the tool he was using a lot. My truck was dirty because of the camp ground we were in plus all the rail from a storm. I did not notice that all four rims had dents & dings on them. When we got back home I washed the truck only to find the damage to the rims. The dealer told me after almost a month later ,that the damage was pre existing. This was still the original set of tires on the truck,non of the tires have every been off the rims. Stay away from this dealer, I tried contacting Ram & there answer was work it out with the dealer. Now I'm going to be out $745.50 to have the rims fixed. More

100% do NOT recommend this dealership. I financed a car from here and the finance blatantly lied about the “service contract” to get us to agree to it. He said it cost nothing more (was ac I financed a car from here and the finance blatantly lied about the “service contract” to get us to agree to it. He said it cost nothing more (was actually $3,000 more), he said it was 3 years, but its 2 years or until the car hits 106,000 miles which is not much more. Will never recommend this place due to their blatant lying and deceptive practices. More

My vehicle been sitting on their lot for 2 weeks after appointment date. We made an appointment 2 weeks out because we were going to be out of town, so it isn't like we just showed up with a surprise. W appointment date.
