My car was in the collision center for repair, a normally unhappy experience. The service person, ALI, was an exceptional person! Behind the seens a real professional. Helped me through the process, went out of her way. When other people treat you like a number, she was caring and made a not so great experience palatable. My next car will be a Mazda also.

I drove an hour and a half to the Mercedes dealership in Gainesville although I purchased my Mercedes recently at Wesley Chapel. I was so unimpressed with Wesley Chapel and I was advised to take my business and service needs to Gainesville. I’m so glad I did Because nobody could help me fix my Apple airplay feature in my car. I had called Mercedes.me and the Wesley Chapel dealership service department and nobody could help me. When I arrived at Gainesville, I was greeted by an attendant and was quickly introduced to my service representative. The service representative was very kind and was trying to figure out what was wrong. So he asked Charlie to help me. Charlie quickly knew what the problem was and within 10 minutes I was able to sync my phones music apps. Charlie explained what no manual or certain service person would know about subscribing to the Wi-Fi service or turning off the Wi-Fi on my phone in order to playback my music. It is something that you have to know , how the systems work. Sadly, Mercedes manual does not explain this. Charlie was so courteous and helpful and I would like to continue to bring my car there for service. I’ll be at, Charlie is one of the sales representatives yet he knew something that most service representatives don’t know About my car. I may even be interested in returning to Gainesville to purchase another Mercedes. Thank you, Charlie. You’re a great guy and I look forward to doing more business with you.

Can't recommend more highly. In town from Chicago and had what sounded like a chirping belt. Needed to get car fixed asap due to concern about 14 hour drive home. Montana, DP (service advisors) and Aaron (shop foreman) bent over backwards to source a new belt and get me on my way. Wish I could transplant these guys in Chicago! Thank you Step One CDJRF!

Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. That was understandable and was willing to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived for appt. was told they couldn't do that on my car because it was older than 5 yrs. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before.

I brought in my 2014 Chevy Silverado because 2 parts in the remanufactured transmission went bad. At first it seemed I was getting very little help. DON in service was helpful, but his hands were somewhat tied. GM had the parts on backorder nationwide. I called GM ...no help. I handed the communication over to my brother, who is a mechanic in Washington state. He called and spoke with Dave and was able to get a new remanufactured transmission installed right away. I was without my vehicle for over a month, but Dave took the bull by the horns and made it happen. A big thanks to Dave and his crew. I love my Chevy and will continue to do business with the company that makes things right. That's WALLACE! Thanks DAVE!

I wanted to emphasize the incredible service I received today from Hassan. He is one of the financial officers at Coconut Creek Mazda and was more than helpful in helping me get my license plate which I had yet to receive from the D.M.V. The expiration for the dealer plate was for midnight this coming Sunday the 16th and Hassan made sure I did not have to wait any longer by pushing for me to get my plate today March 13th and for that I am thankful!

As always, Cody did a fantastic job on managing my last two service visits. He communicated the needs/options for service and the completion of work. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned and washed before pickup and the costs were clearly explained (warranty vs consumer) and warranty parts were ordered in a timely manner. Cody is a major reason for our using this dealership for service. Kia Autosport of Pensacola is blessed to have staff like him.

Joshua went above and beyond, contacting them multiple times and making sure everything got straightened out. He genuinely worked to get me what I needed, rather than just brushing it off. His dedication and persistence made all the difference. If you ever need help at Napleton, Joshua is the guy to go to! Highly recommend.

People tell me not to have my service done at the dealership because it will cost you more. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Subaru of Fort Myers. They are kind, consistent, professional and I know I’m getting work done by people who really know Subarus. In addition, I think their customer service is excellent. Let me tell you about my experience today with Jason. I went in to drop off my car to have a tire repaired or replaced. I wasn’t sure which but I got a flat tire the night before. I went online and booked my appointment easily. I got there and Jason said he thought it would need to be repaired but said he’d have someone look at it and if it needed to be replaced he’d let me know the price before they did the work (which is their standard practice). Here’s the part I wasn’t thrilled with…40 minutes later I hadn’t heard anything so I asked Jason and he immediately to check on it. He said my car was next up and he would let me know as soon as he had more information. He could see that I was not pleased…usually I’m in and out within 60-90 minutes, but I had brought my laptop and I was getting plenty of work done. But I had a work call coming up (that I thought id be able to take from home but that wasn’t looking likely). Jason can over a little later to tell me that in fact I did need a new tire. He told me the price and then immediately said that he would only charge me 1/2 of that for the inconvenience they caused. I appreciated the gesture but on top of that he offered me a space where I could take my call from a cubicle in a small. office so that I didn’t have to do it from the service waiting area. To me, that’s stellar customer service. Apparently two technicians went home sick but Jason did not lead with that as any kind of excuse. This is why I will continue to have my cars serviced where I buy them…Subaru of Fort Myers.
