I would like to acknowledge the superb service I received from Jose Amaro - Service Manager. I purchase my TX350 in March of 2024 and I took my car for my regular oil change in March 2025. While there, I also asked Jose to help me with my secondary car key, which I had not yet received 1 year after purchasing my car.
I had multiple conversations with my sales person in the past about my key and I always got the same response, "Its coming, you will get a letter in the mail. There is nothing I can do". Jose, took it upon himself to assist me and not only get me the key, but also make sure the recall issues on my car were taken care of.
As a customer, I was getting really frustrated about the issue with the keys, and didn't want to take my car for service at Lexus of Pembroke Pines again. However, the service I received from Jose will keep me coming back.
