I am a Mom! I have 3 beautiful adult-children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My hobbies are to spend as much time with them as possible. I love our family Sunday dinners. And I love the fact that the "family" may not be blood but family none the less. I love the career in which I chose. Josue was courteous and efficient. Went in to have car checked as I had 2 discharged battery incidents on batteries that were 10 months and 2 weeks old, specifically asked to check alternator. Report came back that the discharges were ca incidents on batteries that were 10 months and 2 weeks old, specifically asked to check alternator. Report came back that the discharges were caused by parking lights left on. Completely disagreed because I had my lights on "auto" since I bought the car in 2015. I disagreed stating that when I locked my car with my remote turned off ALL lights. Additionally the service mechanic "tested" my alternator and stated that "it was charging'" Stiil disagreed so the next mornihg I took my car Vero Beach xx Lucie Battery and Tire. They tested the Alternator and found that was defective (!). Regarding the lights, if you turn the lights (head lights and parking lights) rhe dashboard shows both lights are on. But when I turn on Auto...both lights turn off...contrary to what the Service Advisor insisted!! Of course I am very unhappy and dissatisfied at the Service Advisor did not know that and more importantly the Service Tech did not thoroughly test the alternator. I will very interested to see your response to my review!! More

Service communications were terrible. I would suggest a new service manager soon. I have worked with 2 other Lexus dealers and this service wasn’t even close.
