Carlos Caballeros, service manager, is always accessible and helpful. Recently the splash shield under 2018 CRV become mangled in a flood and dragged loudly on the road. I called Carlos to confirm no damage to the car if I drove in. Sam Vidal took over as soon I got there. Removed damaged part and replaced new one in about an hour while I waited. This dealership is my go-to-fix-it place and has been doing good efficient work for me and my various Hondas at a decent price for 30 years (when Carlo’s started as a service rep).

Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. That was understandable and was willing to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived for appt. was told they couldn't do that on my car because it was older than 5 yrs. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before.
