Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. That was understandable and was willing to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived for appt. was told they couldn't do that on my car because it was older than 5 yrs. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before.
