Great experience. My service writer Scott went above and beyond my expectations. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. He kept me informed about the process of my recall work, the results of my complete inspection and even repaired a minor issue with my seat. I also had him handle a last minute windshield wiper install just before I picked up my CR-V. All communications were quick and consistent with the issues discussed. He was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Scott is an asset to the Proctor Honda family.
