Scheduled my two-year maintenance on my 4th leased Civic here at Ocean. I have Car-Doc which I highly recommend and isn't available at my local Honda dealership, so I drive to Port Richey. It's worth the drive. Have never had an issue. I wait for my car and watch old classic movies at the snack bar. Ivan Gonzalez was my advisor and as usual did a top-shelf job. An outstanding steering recall was also accomplished with no noticeable increase in time. And, of course, with Car-Doc all was covered.

I had such a great experience at Autonation Collision Center. Michael took care of me and my car every step of the way. He kept me updated throughout the entire process - even towards the end of the day when there were delays that were out of his control. I really appreciated his sense of professionalism. 10/10 would recommend and would return (hopefully I don't have to!). My car looks as good as new.

Was very pleased they did a full inspection and found no significant issues, it lets me know I can trust them not to try to upsell me on pointless repairs, will definitely be back. I went to get my car serviced for an oil change and Luis was my service technician. I had some concerns about my coolant, possibly being low as I could not see the lines on the side. Instead of him only verbally telling me that they were filled as high as possible, he went out of his way to show me Where the lines were hidden for me to be able to find it. He also gave me a cheat code paper to help me understand the codes for my car as this is my first Honda. Perfect customer service :)
