Joshua went above and beyond, contacting them multiple times and making sure everything got straightened out. He genuinely worked to get me what I needed, rather than just brushing it off. This review is a follow-up to my first experience with the dealer and subsequent review on February 15th. I returned to the dealer shortly after providing some straightforward feedback about my first service experience, and I was pleased with the responses I got. Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer. I hope every interaction moving forward is as positive as this one. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new wrangler.
