Alan Kurtz, the manager, went above and beyond by personally arranging to have my vehicle picked up directly from my home so it would not have to be driven while experiencing a severe oil leak. That level of consideration and customer care immediately set the tone and gave me confidence I was in the right place. From there, Alan put me in the hands of Pat Lannon, the Service Manager, and it was truly smooth sailing. Pat assigned his best mechanic to my truck and, for the first time in a year, a long-standing oil leak issue was finally diagnosed and properly resolved. Throughout the entire process, Pat provided regular updates along with video proof and photos of the work being done, which showed transparency, honesty, and pride in his work. Pat never wavered in his strict work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. That kind of integrity is rare these days and is something I deeply respect and admire.
