Five star review ALL the way! I’ll start by letting everyone know that I am NOT the easiest consumer to deal with, especially in the car buying industry. I purchased TWO vehicles from Daytona Hyundai in the past 10 years, the last one just weeks ago, and this sale by far was the most customer service oriented and detailed I’ve ever encountered in my 10 new cars buying history! xxxxxxto Dani on her diligence on follow up, sincerely listening to my wants and needs, and to ALL of Daytona Hyundai for their efforts. I purchased a car that none of us were aware had a bit of body damage (as it was in detail throughout the sale), guess who had all body work completed, to near perfection, to satisfy their customer?!? Dani, and all of Daytona Hyundai! This is what I call a team, and customer support, resulting in 100% satisfaction! Thank you, Dani and team!

Jason was phenomenal. He made the entire process of getting a new lease quick and easy. He was extremely patient with me as I was deciding between two vehicles. Jason talked me through the features on both cars and ultimately helped me make the best decision. He is a true family man, very honest and cares about his customers. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my brand new Palisade Limited! This was my first Hyundai and I feel confident I will re-lease with them when this one is up. I am still upset about what happened the last time I brought my friend’s car here days ago. The….”service”…that I received from this place was not good at all. I am currently doing an investigation and research into this dealership. They are charging people way too much for simple jobs. There are many other car service centers that charge less then this does. I recommend that NO ONE bring vehicle to this place for repairs.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

Friendly, Knowledable and went out of his way to help make sure to put me in the vechicle I wanted. Also want to give a shout out to their finance manager Tim. Also a great person, friendly and easy to deal with. Remember to buy your next car from Hampton Hyundai for a great buying experience

I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Every time I asked about nobody had an answer so I gave up even though I still want my key fob. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!!

Legitimately the smoothest vehicle transaction in my life and I’ve purchased over 20 cars personal and business. My wife and I called on a Aunday when many other dealers were closed, spoke to Andrew Chisholm, told him what we wanted, he tracked down the exact trim package and color we set up and appointment came and and drove away with the New Pallisade with in 1.5hrs including detail, finance ect. Thanks Andrew, Victor, and the rest of the team, could not be happier.

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new car. They were fast, efficient and I loved the first car I drove and looked at. Everything was done in just 2 hours. Drove off the lot happy. They also scheduled a window tint install because it was part of the package and had not been done yet. The car arrived the same morning. Victory Landry was awesome! She told me about all the features, and some more I didn’t know about until we were test driving the car. I was impressed by her professionalism and desire to get me what I wanted. I was also able to speak with the owner and he was very understanding about a very small issue with the plastic on the edge of the trunk lid. and the overall cleanliness (Lack of) upon receiving the car. It will all be corrected at the same time the tint is installed. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Brought new car in for first year service. - Bob

Brought new car in for first year service. Was told 1 to 1 /4 hour. After 2.5 hours waiting and asking where the car was three times I was told still on lift. Then they suddenly got the paperwork from another desk and said just finished. When I questioned that, Trevor I think his name was, he admitted the paper work was put on wrong desk and car had been done for over an hour. He lied to me initially hoping I would buy it. The paper work had huge red stamp expedite customer waiting and no one saw it on the desk? While waiting they had a big issue where someone else’s car got paper work mix up and I think they may have done the service to a wrong car. A total cluster mess in that department. I asked to talk to manager and she came out and said she would look into it and call me. She never called even after I left messages. That tells it all. They do not care. Don’t use them for service. Internet is full of one star reviews. I will use the better nicer dealer, Jenkins Hyundai, closer to my home. Sales person to buy car was great but skip the service department.
