I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund since January 2025 that was issued to the dealer by chase bank. I have talked to the finance manager several times, the sales manager and even the general manager. I have been calling weekly for over 3 months now. Each person I spoke with said they would get it resolved and get the refund check to me. They also say they will call back. No one ever calls back. Last week I spoke to the general manager and he got mad because I am frustrated with his dealership and asking for what is owed to me. He also assured me he would resolve the issue and overnight a refund check. Well I am still waiting on my check. The refund was sent to the dealer and instead of sending me the refund, it appears they are just keeping my money. Worst dealer experience in over 60 new car purchases. Will never buy here again and will never recommend this dealership.
