Hollywood Chrysler Jeep was very helpful when the lift gate on my Wagoneer would not remain closed. The part needed to repair the lift gate had to be ordered. so the technician was able to get it closed but asked that I did not open the lift gate. Douze, my Service Advisor, told me that he would call me when the part was in and he did. When I brought my vehicle in, Douze took my vehicle to the technician and the lift gate was repaired just in time for a planned trip. I was able to use the lift gate to put my luggage and other things. I appreciate the willingness to satisfy the customer by doing their job with pleasure, Douze was honest by keeping his word to call me and most importantly, my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I bought my dream car from Vatland. They assured me that an experienced mechanic had gone over the car and deemed it in good shape. However, when they deliver the car to me, the fan for the engine didn’t work so first time I took it out it overheated and cost me $600 to fix. I also found out that since they delivered the car to me I had no idea but they put 12 year-old tires on my car to replace the newer ones. I feel like I should have known this as mine and my daughter‘s life in danger to make a little bit of money. I also wanted to comment that my car was listed for $2000 less than I paid due to some type of paint insurance that I was forced to buy if I wanted that car. What a horrible experience however now that I have put in an extra $3500 it is now my dream car.
