To be fair, this negative review is only about the warranty claims department at this dealership, not the service department per se.
In mid-July of this year, I submitted the paperwork to be reimbursed for the replacement of the windshield wiper motor on my 2015 GMC Terrain due to a recall. The motor went bad prior to the recall.
The service advisor told me that it would take up to two weeks for me to be reimbursed for the replacement. A month later, I still had no heard anything from this dealership. I called the warranty claims department and was told that it was pending but that I would be called a couple later with an update. I heard nothing from him. By last week, I still had not heard anything. I called again left a message. I was called a day later and was told that the claim was still pending. What???? It is completely inexcusable for me not to be reimbursed by this time. It also completely unprofessional for the dealership not to give me periodic updates on this claim.
