I was visiting from out of state and experienced concerning performance issues on my way into Daytona. I took my car to Ritchey and left absolutely floored by the excellent level of care. Ultimately concerning performance issues on my way into Daytona. I took my car to Ritchey and left absolutely floored by the excellent level of care. Ultimately, they didn’t find anything too troublesome but, I feel they did everything the could to address the problem I experienced on the highway—without dismissing it, just because the computer didn’t throw any codes. If I was a local, I’d absolutely come back to this place for service! More
My experience with Ritchey Cadillac has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The buying process was atrocious from start to finish. Once the paperwork was signed, it felt like worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The buying process was atrocious from start to finish. Once the paperwork was signed, it felt like I no longer mattered. Clarence was completely incompetent after the sale was finalized. About a week later, he called me and told me my car was getting tinted and demanded that I come in immediately, despite giving me virtually no notice. There was no consideration for my schedule whatsoever. To make matters worse, my vehicle was actually ready for pickup on Mother's Day, but because Clarence had the day off, I was told I had to wait until he returned. As the paying customer, I had to work around his availability, even though he had previously told me he "made no money" on my deal. If that's true, then why was I forced to delay picking up a vehicle that was already mine simply because he wasn't working? The problems didn't stop there. I've now owned this brand new 2026 Cadillac CT5 V-Series for only two months, and it's already been back to the dealership multiple times with serious electrical issues. While driving, the infotainment system repeatedly calls my voicemail and hangs up on its own. The radio stays on even after the vehicle is completely shut off, locked, and I've walked away for several minutes. The software won't update, and the problems continue. The dealership witnessed these issues themselves, yet it still took multiple visits before anyone would finally investigate the problem seriously. When I picked the car up after being told the electrical issues had been fixed, I was handed my keys and sent on my way with absolutely no paperwork. I was given zero documentation explaining what had been diagnosed, what had been repaired, or what had been done to my vehicle. Less than a mile after leaving the dealership, the phantom voicemail calls started all over again, proving the issue had not been fixed at all. After multiple visits, I was right back where I started. Then there's the cosmetic work. I had to bring the car back four separate times just to address a few scratches before I was finally able to see Barry in the body shop. The "repair" was completely unacceptable. It honestly looks like black nail polish was dabbed onto my paint. On a brand new Cadillac, the finish now looks terrible and nowhere near factory quality. When you spend this kind of money on a luxury vehicle, you expect premium customer service and quality workmanship. Instead, I received poor communication, a lack of respect for my time, repeated trips for unresolved issues, no documentation for repairs, and cosmetic work that looks unprofessional. I cannot recommend Ritchey Cadillac based on my experience. Buying a Cadillac should be exciting, not an ongoing battle just to get basic service and accountability. I sincerely hope they improve how they treat customers after the sale, because that's when true customer service begins. More

From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what was being done and answered all my questions without hesitation. The level of communication and customer care really stood out. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. Highly recommend Ritchey Cadillac’s service department, and be sure to ask for Shane McCrossin if you want a smooth and stress-free experience! More
I had a Friday appointment. I dropped off the truck and returned, but they did not start. So I left the truck to have service completed on Monday. On Monday afternoon, I called, I dropped off the truck and returned, but they did not start. So I left the truck to have service completed on Monday. On Monday afternoon, I called, and no work started. I took the truck home. This was not the first time with the advisor, and they never called to reschedule, so I am now having transmission fluid changed elsewhere. The other staff are great. More

Came in on 11/29 around 12:35 while getting a Buick service and I'm interested in purchasing an SUV have driven them since 2003 and decided to take a look again after getting a Buick as a 2nd car. Not service and I'm interested in purchasing an SUV have driven them since 2003 and decided to take a look again after getting a Buick as a 2nd car. Not one salesman or receptionist sitting would recognize me or speak. Finally one guy did come up and asked if I needed help and I told him I'm so disappointed that no one would even ask me if I'm ok. So Lexus dealer hear we come or I'll go elsewhere. I thought management should know. More
