If I could rate this organization 0 stars I would. When I pointed out that that’s even worse that my vehicle had been there multiple times for the same vehicle and issue and this is the first time speaking with him says a lot about how they operate. I checked the reviews page and noticed that I am not the only ex-customer to experience such poor quality, results and or resolve. I mentioned that the way it could be resolved was to refund a diag fee I was charged for warranty work and Josh refused too. I let him Know Hanania and GMC had just lost a client/ future client. Would not recommend stay away unless you want your vehicle to get worse!!! More

Drove 5 hours to look at a 2017 duramax. Online price was $35,995. Got there and immediately noticed the frame was rusted. Test drove the vehicle and all was well. Asked if they could move on the price a little due to frame rust and received a counter offer of $42,000 out the door!! 4,000 in transportation fees and for taking it into the shop. All they did was change the oil and fuel filter and replace a tpms sensor. And acted like they rebuilt the truck from the frame up. Anyways we walked out honestly laughing at the whole situation. I wouldn’t go here. More
