I arrived at the dealership check in lane for my ACURA to be serviced, and was immediately greeted and checked in. Their waiting area is exemplary. Very wide, open very well lit and windows to the outside also sofas, comfortable chairs some small tables with seats next to each one if you wanted to have a snack or read a book or whatever you had a choice. They also have quite a few desks with chairs, not huge desks that you would have in your own home obviously, but they are personalized so should I say privatized so that you feel that you are working alone there. One of the employees who happen to pass by while you were sitting if you were looking up, they would not smile say hello. Everyone was very welcoming. That entire waiting area as well as the ladies room were immaculate, and they are constantly going through and making sure of that it is maintained. The customer service representative who was the liaison between me and the technicians was Zeek. A friendly, professional, welcoming, informative, and all around good natured individual who made my visit there a relaxed one. I truly appreciate his expertise and look forward to having him as representative to me in the future.
