Absolutely outstanding!! Listened and showed me all options. I knew what I wanted and literally drove off in my new Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness 2025 in a couple days. My sales rep Wayne was above and beyond outstanding. He even came and picked me up for delivery of my new car and went over everything in detail and answered all my questions!!! This Mitchell Subaru Dealership has always been ready to help when an unexpected issue occurs and you show up without an appointment. They have recently assisted me with a repeated problem of a low tire pressure on one wheel that occurred just prior to a planned long distance travel trip. Kyle took the car in and after repeated testing, the technician found a slow leaking valve stem which he replaced, Peace of mind to make the trip without any problem. Appreciate their fine service.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.

Lovely experience.It was a painless, fun experience to lease my new Crosstrek from Reynold's. Compared to other dealers, Reynold's is sunshine, the others, slickly dark. Nice people at every desk. Dr.b, March 5, 2024
