What’s not to love about Premier Subaru. The buying experience was straight forward with no bait and switch in the price once we sat down. Even the one add on I didn’t want was taken off quickly without any push back. I asked if they could include the all weather mats. They agreed during the test drive but as it turns out the car already came with them so they just took the price of the mats off the car since they promised them. Something they didn’t have to do but was very nice of them. Gives me confidence that they are not out to nickel and dime the customers. Between the both trips to the dealer I was in and out in less than 3 hours total. My sales person Jeremy was amazing and easy to talk to. I’ve already ordered a couple add in from the service dept and that experience was also great. Buying a new car doesn’t get easier.

After a bit of back and forth on the phone for an issue with my 2024 Crosstrek with a check engine light on the day before New years eve I was able to drop it off and get a loaner. Michael had the diagnostic done quickly found the problem and was actually able to get my vehicle fixed on New years Eve ( the next day) before they left for the holiday,this fix was 2 days sooner than expected. Kudos to Holmgren for getting the problem taken care of super fast and giving me the option of picking it up even though I could not get their till after closing. Great customer service and turn around time!

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
