I cannot say enough about the people I’ve dealt with. They are so kind and very professional! I like that I am not “pushed”into purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson, Helena O’Connell is so knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted out of my new car. I also like that there’s no haggling over prices. You are given the best deal right from the get go. I will never go to another dealership. This place is first class from sales to finance to service!!!! just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I came in for a no appointment oil change and was overdue on a 30,000 mile maintenance. I was offered a car to use while the maintenance was done and since Kyle took the time to get to know my needs I was offered the luxury of keeping the car overnight. I felt taken care of and love Holmgren Subaru, I tell my friends about them and will never go anywhere else for service. Everyone there is friendly and it's a pleasure to be there.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
