I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend asking to work with her!

He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car and his service. I wanted a Kia Sportage XS Prestige because I was looking for a high-tech car, and I found just the perfect sales person in Anthony. He knew everything about the car, was able to give me some great hacks on how to do things even more easily. Zero pressure. 100% knowledge and enthusiasm. This entire dealership is great… Jason another sales rep was super helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jordan, the business manager stays on top of things and makes you feel right at home. Noah the first rep I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Josh in the finance office was a true professional as well! A lot of car dealerships claim that they are different… This one truly is - and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in the door. They are extremely welcoming, competitive with price, a huge selection in stock and a wonderful service department - they serviced another vehicle that leased before this one. It’s a family business and it feels like your family when you’re there – even the folks who aren’t related to the owners have that same great pride of ownership in there dealings with you. He was extremely professional. I wasn't pressured about anything. He offered ideas, but didn't pressure me. Something I like. I liked his approach, and definitely will be back in a few years. Avoid Riley Mazda at all costs. Their service department is completely unorganized, leaderless, and incompetent. Jeremy and his Service manager, Chris, are liars who have zero sense of customer service. I dropped off the car for a simple software update at 7:30 AM, and now, 6 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car.  If I had been told it would be an all-day affair, I would have asked for a loaner.  Now I am stranded, and Jeremy and Chris couldn't care less.  I obviously will never work with these clowns again.
