I cannot even begin to say enough incredible things about my experience at Rausch Motors. We were greeted by Chuck and got right to it. He has a such a calm and fun demeanor and I love the no-nonsense mentality he has. He is full of integrity and genuine care for you as a person- so much more so than making a sale. We narrowed our search to 2 cars- bit of a difference in price as far as monthly payments and he helped sort us through questions/comparisons and was completely objective. Once we chose the vehicle we loved, Chuck (my new bud, little does he know lol) handed me over to Jeremy- the finance guy and talk about a smoooooooth process. I am a single, female senior citizen, and bought a used Subaru Forester in February of 2019. I just finished reading some of the reviews of this business, and found that other people have had similar experiences as I have had. Before I made it home in my new car, the check engine light went on. They told me to bring the car back, and they would fix it. They failed, and they refused to refund my money. I contacted a lawyer, and the local government agency associated with bad faith car dealers, and they were “forced” to accommodate me, but not before the car died on Hwy 287. I had it towed to Valley Subaru, and they eventually had it towed back to them. They were supposed to replace the engine, and when I got it back, they told me it had been done, but I would have to have the oil changed every 500 miles! As it turned out, the oil leaked every time I drove it. I was able to unload it, but got only about half of what I paid (and made sure the purchaser knew of the problem!).

I recently purchased a 2002 Pontiac Firebird from Red's Auto & Truck in Colorado. The only issue is that I live in Louisiana. ( A little background: I was buying the car as a gift for my brother. It is the exact same year, make, model, and color of one that he used to own several years ago. It nearly broke his heart when got into an accident which totalled it!) Initially I was a little apprehensive about buying a car online but my salesman (Mike Willis) explained the whole process to me.He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He called every day to keep me updated on the progress. He even arranged for the shipping. From the time I contacted them, to time I received the car was a little over a week! Their financial salesman (Justin) found me a vehicle warranty I could afford. All in all, a good experience!

When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. One of the main reasons I went back to King GMC is their service department and staff. Always attentive and ready to help. Try this dealership once and you won't go anywhere else. Thank You, Rex.

An amazing experience for my daughter! Had such a hard time getting another car after her car accident in December 2022. It’s now April 2023 and they made a promise to her and they kept it. She left the dealership with a better car than what she had before. Same year, same make, same model. She financed it and all by herself. She is not quite 20 yet and they were patient and determined to keep their promise and they did. She had an amazing team working with her! Way to go Greeley Nissan.

I had just turned 18 and bought a overpriced 03 Honda Civic. I was completely taken advantage of because my young age and took them for their word that the car was in "perfect" condition. Before I got a mile down the road the check engine light comes on. Luckily it was only the spark plugs and I replaced them. Not even a month after purchasing the car the engine blows, due to "hidden" issues with the car. I was left completely screwed, still paying on a car I couldn't drive, with no way to go to work and no money to replace the engine AND make payments. Podoll was completely dishonest and just wanted to make a quick sale and they'll lie to do it..

My dear friend was recently sold a faulty car by this company, which ended up essentially breaking down a few days after she received it, resulting in her needing her entire transmission replaced. After Enterprise Car Sales assured her it has passed their inspection test. Transmission replacements for Nissans can cost upwards of $5,000.00. This company and the saleswoman who assisted my friend clearly knew about the transmission; however, sold it to her anyway. DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM HERE. They are refusing to refund/compensate her. They embody the idea of the 'slimy car salesman' as this was clearly not their first rodeo taking advantage of an innocent person in this regard. Truly some of the most unethical individuals and business practices I've ever heard of. Be wary purchasing cars from them because you will likely get screwed over too. My friend is now currently in a legal battle with them, which never should've happened in the first place. I would recommend buying a car from literally ANYWHERE else.

We found exactly what we were looking for on the website, right color and all the features we required. We found this car only after expanding our internet search to surrounding states. Being we were 6 1/2 hours away we requested additional photos beyond what was posted and asked for some specifics, each seat, the rims, scratches or dings on the exterior etc. Julie in the internet department did this and more within just a few minutes! She sent enough pictures for us to tell the car was in excellent shape and even followed up with a video of the entire car inside and out highlighting the 2 minor rock pits on the bumper. We decided to make the drive and were met with friendliness by all. We were able to meet Julie and thank here for all the photos and the video. Took it for a quick test drive with Tawaiian, our salesperson who was just as friendly. We were doing a cash deal and Tawaiian did once offer to finance at their rates, expected I know that is where they make their money, but never again not even when meeting with Randy in finance to sign paperwork. Appreciated not being hounded to take their financing option. We were in, looked the car over, went for a test drive, signed paperwork and were out the door in just under 2 hours. Will for sure return when we need another vehicle. *Two slight blemishes on the experience * 1) I have read in other reviews about the gas being only half full or less when making a purchase. Unfortunately this was the case with our purchase also. Have never purchased a vehicle without a full tank of gas (even on a private sale!) until now. 2) The detail department could do a little better job. Especially when we made a down payment to hold the vehicle for about 10 days until a weekend we could make the trip giving plenty of time to get the car ready. Upon arriving it still had the sticky residue of window stickers and window paint smudges on the windshield. A light layer of dust was on all the "not too visible" areas; gear shifter when in drive, back cup holders, door compartments, top of steering wheel etc. Also spots on the back seats and headliner we were able to easily get out. Overall great experience, great deal on a great car!

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

Purchased a 2003 truck from the Littleton, Colorado location. We were impressed with the speed of their process, as we were only there for a few hours in the afternoon. The sales and finance representatives were very quick and helpful; we felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle or warranty. This is one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever experienced, for example: they worked with us on our trade-in value, vehicle purchase price, and financing. Then they helped us feel comfortable with their transparency when they showed us the Carfax on our trade-in, their vehicle, and the through walkthrough (on their vehicle) while pointing out any potential flaws on a vehicle this age. As for the warranty...wow, never expected such amazing coverage. Outstanding value for the money spent. This location is first on my list should I need another vehicle. Two thumbs up, five stars, and a big thank you!

Needed a car quickly and I knew that Hertz had what I was looking for at a fair price. I took a quick look on the lot six weeks back and met Floyd Pratt there. I described the situation that I expected to arrive (selling another car I owned to one of my kids, needing a replacement vehicle soon thereafter). When I needed to deliver my car to my daughter, I had Floyd's card, called him to describe what I was looking for, then sent him an email with the cars on their website and said I'd be up by Saturday at 2pm. Hank responded very quickly to my email with pros and cons on the five vehicles I described which my wife and I reviewed and then further boiled down on two or three vehicles. When we arrived Saturday he was ready for us, and when we more fully described our situation, he had the two best in those descriptions, and he gave us his evaluation of each built on experience. We then test drove them (we'd already read reviews on each model) and decided what was best for us based on our needs. We got the purchasing end settled about as quickly as you can and we were on the road with our 2018 Rogue about as quickly as you can do it. Floyd explained the details in language we could understand, and then respected us to make our decision based on what was best for us. He was friendly, intelligent, low key and gave us room to move. Very nice vehicle, very good price. A pleasant experience.

He buys his cars the right way (I will let him explain that to you) he prices them fairly, is respectful during negotiations, and will budge on price if you give him a legitimate reason to. He also provides a free three month warranty with the car.. I have never had that before, even at a big dealership. Nice guy who has a well run business.
