My daughter found the 2019 Acura MDX Advanced I was looking for. My first choice is a used Acura. Even the color and interior. Tyler Woelfle was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicle. The owner, Craig Fisher, even emails me to see if I was happy with the vehicle. I found a broken taillight after the sale and he even re-embused me for it. A great experience. Only minor complaint was that I had to wait too long for the finance manager for close the deal. Adolf was excellent. Not only was he an expert on this car but he has a deep expertise on Porsche in general. He was very easy to work with and not high pressure at all. Also, others we worked with were equally professional, very helpful, and again, not high pressure. We felt like they were there to help us make the best decision for our wants and needs. Came in to have new key fob programmed It took approximately 2 hrs to complete About 1 hour longer than I was originally told, I forget exactly what I was told the delay was, (doesn’t matter) Everyone was very pleasant and cordial Although the service advisor seemed a little inexperienced, we all have to start somewhere. The person who brought my truck around very skillfully backed it in between two other vehicles where I could only open the door appropriately 1/2 way All minor issues I would recommend your dealership (I was a service advisor for about 10 years at several different automotive lines then went into HVAC eventually, owning my own business for 15 years, which I sold when I retired, I know what good service should be like) 4 stars
