I am a Colorado native and I started my career with INFINITI OF DENVER 15 years ago. I started off as a lot tech and then moved up to detail and eventually I moved into sales. I have been on the sales side for 8 years now and I am here to stay. One of the reasons I am here to stay is because I enjoy selling a quality product to my clients. I also enjoy the "family" of co-workers I have gotten to know over the last 18 years at INFINITI OF DENVER. Outside of work I enjoy traveling to different places, couple of my favorites being Miami & San Diego. I love spending time with my family and I have a passion for cooking. I had an extremely negative experience at Infiniti of Denver, primarily due to the behavior of our salesperson, Leshun, and the management team. From the beginning, Leshun Veasley was rude, dismissive Denver, primarily due to the behavior of our salesperson, Leshun, and the management team. From the beginning, Leshun Veasley was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of explaining paperwork, he would aggressively slide documents across the table without any explanation. During the test drive, he abruptly barked directions like “right here” or “left here,” making the entire experience uncomfortable. We felt like a burden the entire time, despite being serious buyers. His behavior throughout the process was honestly sad and pathetic. After we believed everything was finalized, we were contacted and told our monthly payment would increase by $200. That immediately raised red flags and felt deceptive, so we chose to return the vehicle. That’s when things became completely unacceptable. We were told we could not return the car because our trade-in lien had already been paid off—which was NOT true. As we questioned this, their story kept changing multiple times, making it clear we were being misled. What made this experience even worse was how we were treated in person. We spent over two hours dealing with Leshun Veasley, Karen Kochkanyan, and management, who argued with us and repeatedly raised their voices. No customer should ever be yelled at—period. It is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We have rights as consumers, and being treated this way while simply trying to resolve a situation is outrageous. On top of everything, this entire situation was a complete waste of our time and energy. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. I strongly recommend staying far away from this dealership. Between the rude behavior, constantly changing stories, and aggressive treatment, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. More

Vehicle supply was good. Found one that checked all my boxes very quickly, which is highly unusual for me. LeShawn, our sales person was excellent, as was the Parts Dept where I grabbed rubber mats while I was there. I felt the deal was straight forward, simple and fair. I take amazing care of my vehicles and I knew what I wanted for my trade. The sales mgr also swung by to congratulate us and the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely reccomend this dealership and I would definitely do return business here. Most importantly, I am loving my new ride. More
