I never knew a car dealership could be like this! Fremont Subaru has to be the nicest, most responsive, & helpful dealerships I’ve ever encountered!! I just came back from a personalized training (set up by Subaru) to go over all the whistles & bells on my new 2025 Subaru Forester. Not only did Raby do an amazing job with the trainjng, he also gave me a $25 dollar gift card for gas!! Can you believe that!?? 🥰 They actually pay for you to get a personalized training!! How many dealerships do that? I would guess…. None! I’m so glad I bought my Subaru from Premium Subaru of Fremont! So worth the drive from San Jose!!! 🥰. Oh, also this dealership offers free maintenance for the 1st year. Don’t think the other Subaru dealerships offer this. Big shout out to both Raby & Dan for all their help with learning about my new car. Love the Subaru family!!! 😊

I filed a gap claim months ago and when I call the finance department at this location no one ever ever ever answers or return my calls. it’s been months and I’m still waiting for my check! it’s ridiculous! What is the point pushing customers to get the gap insurance if they are not going to release the check after the claim has been made!!!

I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. So I bought a used Sahara, a beautiful black Jeep Wrangler. There was an issue with the steering having too much play. It doesn't appear to be a recall, but Crown has agreed to fix it There was a recall on an issue with the vattery, it is a hybrid. Crown already fixed that. My salesman, Jorge was excellent. Friendly, not at all pushy, negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and something I was comfortable paying. I go tomorrow to have the steering fixed. I will let this review know how it goes. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealership. And of course, will always recommend anyone dealing with buying especially a used vehicle. Go with some knowledge and get everything in writing. Be adamant. And don't buy something if you don't feel good about it. I'm so far extremely happy. Thank you Crown and I'll see you tomorrow. I visited the parts department and purchased a Valve - Fggutierrez1

I visited the parts department and purchased a Valve Cover ($500) and I installed it (I am professional automotive technician with 10 years of experience) after a few miles of driving the vehicle starts smoking, I performed a visual inspection of the engine and found the valve cover leaking. Spoke to the parts manager and he said warranty protocol is to bring the vehicle in to the shop that way one the of BMW technicians could verify the warranty. Brought the vehicle in cause am 100% it BMW was going to grant my warranty. Nope, the technician said it was a pinch gasket. SMH. I didn’t want to argue and paid the diagnostic fee $240. I bought a new OEM gasket from the same Dealer, installed it and the Valve cover is leaking from the same spot as before. After $800 or so BMW has failed to warranty me a Valve cover that’s defective and lied that it was a pinch gasket. I’ll give them a 0.

Out of pocket for repeat visits to the smog station and it still doesn't clear. I have been a customer of Hansel VW since the early 1980's..... have been a car buyer; dealership user since then. I have bought all cars since the 80's at Hansel and have I bought my cars at your shop and have never left!! PS: I had the smog work done at Hansel VW at your Corby Ave . location

This is absolutely the worst Audi store in the world! All they do is lie to their customers and commit fraud on the daily. As a previous employee I can tell you first hand They do not CPO cars until they are sold and sometimes they don’t certify them at all. They also rip off the customers by charging for a ceramic coating that they NEVER put on the car. Believe me you are getting scammed from the minute you walk in the door! The GM is an incompetent fool who encourages his staff to lie and defraud the few customers that they actually do get in the door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! There are dozens of other Audi stores that will give you the proper treatment a True Audi customer deserves. Buyer beware at this store!!!

Hello me and my husband just bought a Tacoma on Saturday evening after leaving to my mom’s house I heard a squealing when braking stoping at multiple stops in her neighborhood. I thought maybe it would go away by tomorrow and it didn’t. Called dealer and said bring it in then they said okay bring in tomorrow morning and drop it off. They inspected and stated “ We have determined that the noise is due to hot spots and oxidation on the rotors causing the brakes to squeal when the pads grab. There are no safety issues as the brakes measure over 7mm. Unfortunately, sales has declined to replace the brakes at this time to address the noise, as it is considered a cosmetic concern rather than a safety issue.” If the rotors have hot spots, why cant they resurface them or replacing them they are not making good connection with break pad. When they ask me where you buy this truck I will say Stockton Hyundai and they didn’t want to fix this because it’s “cosmetic”. How is that going to sound. It sad as I paid a lot of money and I will make sure not to go back in the future or refer. On another note I know you had 2 different sale prices at the dealer 5,000 more then on the internet which I know that is prohibited. I hope to get an executive/Senior manager to look into this.
