Jordan and Jeff, Please, do not apologize for my understanding of the policies. If you would like to take ownership of the cash grab and apologize for your own policies, I would likely be the first to accept, but a condescending and insincere apology for MY "apparent" lack of clarity only adds insult to injury. Of course, I expected nothing less considering the fact that you find it acceptable to charge an outrageous amount of money for something that could have quickly been eliminated with any standard vacuum cleaner. I am deeply saddened I did not take pictures. Again, there may have been 10 strands of hair at most. There was not a single person's health at risk, I assure you. PS-It should be noted that I went above and beyond to fill out the review after purchasing my vehicle. I was encouraged by multiple staff members to report a perfect score in all areas. I took the time to do just that with guidance from your staff. You're welcome. PSS-I purchased a brand new set of tires from your store last week. You're welcome. Meanwhile, you somehow find it appropriate to charge a faithful and formerly very satisfied client almost $300 to quickly vacuum a miniscule amount of hair from a puppy from a loaner vehicle that I had for less than 24 hours.
