I called the service department and spoke with Kenneth. I explained the situation and sent him pictures of it so he can check the warranty status. I then emailed him again days later to see what the status was. He said it was covered but i would need to drive all the way out there for inspection. I had to take a day off work and drive out there so they could take a picture of it. I waisted an entire day , gas, and he had an attitude problem as well. I explained that I didnt understand why i would have to go there to get a picture, when i already sent multiple pictures. He said if i didnt like there service there were other dealerships. What is this guy talking about. I just bought this car brand new from them. He then said it would be a 2 to 5 hour wait. Afterwards he said they will order the part and i will have to bring it back and drop off for repairs. I also told him there is an air gap on driver door making a loud sound. He didn't have that looked at. I guess i will have to live with the problem. I asked for gas for waisting my time and driving out there. That didnt happen. Just attitude. I wish i never bought this car from them. More
Their warranty policy has more loop holes in it than you can imagine. They have one excuse after another why certain repairs are not covered. Buyer beware. can imagine. They have one excuse after another why certain repairs are not covered. Buyer beware. More
Absolutely unbelievable experience with the loaner department at Kia of Roseville. I purchased a brand new car from them and literally within a week or so had to bring it back for window tinting. W department at Kia of Roseville. I purchased a brand new car from them and literally within a week or so had to bring it back for window tinting. While they had my car, they gave me a nice, newer loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. I had the loaner for less than 24 hours. During that time I had to pick up my kids from school, and my small puppy rode in the car briefly. When I returned the vehicle the next day, the loaner department turned around and charged me $300 because there was a small amount of puppy hair in the car. Not damage. Not stains. Not anything excessive. Just a little dog hair that could have easily been vacuumed in a few minutes. Instead, they claimed they had to send the car out for a full professional detail and passed the entire $300 bill to me. To be clear: this happened about a week after I bought a brand new car from them. Charging a new customer $300 for a tiny bit of pet hair after less than a day of use is absurd and honestly feels like a cash grab. This completely soured what should have been a positive new-car experience. If this is how Kia of Roseville treats customers right after they buy a vehicle, I’d be very cautious about doing business with them. A little basic customer service — or even a simple vacuum — would have gone a long way. More
What started as a promising visit ended with lies and unkept promises. They could not deliver on what they promised but it was because they tried to hide added costs for services that were never asked fo unkept promises. They could not deliver on what they promised but it was because they tried to hide added costs for services that were never asked for yet were disclosed as being "included" with the car. We have had this car for 2 weeks now and we still have not secured financing because of these costs they keep trying to add in to the loan! Finally, the sticker prices on the used cars here are at least 3k higher than competitors on the same street. Sadly, we just don't see being able to recommend or do business here again. It's a good thing we happen to like the vehicle we purchased (or at least think we purchased). More
I recently completed my lease buyout at Roseville Kia and was extremely disappointed. When I brought up concerns about misleading information from Abel Ceballos at the beginning of the lease, Sales Manager J was extremely disappointed. When I brought up concerns about misleading information from Abel Ceballos at the beginning of the lease, Sales Manager Jadon Markes told me, “It’s not that I can’t help you, it’s that I won’t,” and suggested I walk away from the buyout if I was unhappy. This dismissive and unprofessional treatment shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I expected accountability and resolution but instead received indifference. More
This dealership sold us a certified pre-owned vehicle that had a class action settlement already settled due to engine issues. Our sales contract was missing crucial documents, and when we asked the deal that had a class action settlement already settled due to engine issues. Our sales contract was missing crucial documents, and when we asked the dealership for the documents, it took them almost a week to produce them. They were so kind and accommodating until after purchase... but a year after we purchase the vehicle, I experienced the engine stalling, and now we have a oversized paperweight sitting in our driveway that I'm afraid to drive. Thank you Roseville Kia, Jordan, and Kenneth k. Thanks for the way that we were treated. You claim to treat everybody like family, I really hope this isn't how you treat your family! More
