Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience.

Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day. Matt was kind and compassionate and caring to my dilemma. He is an excellent example of service. He made my day. Thank you Matt.

My husband and I came in to Neftin VW to find a New Beetle just shortly after moving to Thousand Oaks from Chicago. We were warmly greeted by Maz Rozi who gave us great information and helped guide us through our first car buying experience. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us all possible options when looking at payment plans. We never felt any pressure at all and we really were treated like family.
