Please avoid the services dept at this dealership!! They are fraudulent and deceitful! We called them requesting a back battery for our Toyota where we were quoted only $378. They then went in and installed a hyrbid battery that we did not need for $5500. Our car is from 2012 and the battery is worth more than our car! They are now refusing to give us a refund. It seems that they are just money hungry and don’t care about their customers.

I just purchased my 3rd new Toyota RAV4 from Dublin Toyota. They offer a good selection of new cars, their warranty packages are amazing, and their pricing on the cars is competitive yet straight-forward. I have now been getting my car serviced there every 5k miles over the past many years, and all service appointments have been fully covered by their warranty package. I have also looked at number of other Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area, and after over 12 years of getting their service and sales, I can say confidentally that they are the best Toyota dealer in the Bay Area. Not a shread of doubt on that one! If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and that has been my motto in staying with them for a very long time now. Thanks Dublin Toyota - I just wish other dealerships would emulate everything that you guys do!

That’s where we meet Johnny Browse a salesman, to make a long story short he found the exact car we was looking for and we made a deal and purchased a 2025 Camry SE. Johnny’s a great sales person he was very helpful throughout the process as well as Dealership staff. I would suggest if your looking for a new or used Toyota you stop be Freeway Toyota and see Johnny Browse.

I got my Rav 4 sold and bought a new Sienna from them, they are cheats. They fraudulently priced the car more saying it’s AWD Sienna Le but a week later I found it’s not. They sold me service packages for negotiated amount bt wrongly marked it as down payments also the service packages incld toyota care n protection were sold on false grounds sayings its maintained by them but is a third party product. Dont buy cars from this business and its a shame Toyota is supporting such frauds.

Properly followed up on the status of the vehicle. 4. Good communication. 5. Was able to followed specific (reasonable) requests properly. Overall, the purchase experience was wonderful, very transparent, hassle free, and reliable through out the whole process!

I have dealt with Toyota Place for years , i am 88 years old and I live in Corona and yet i drive the distance because i know that i will get what I want . I tip my hat to you Toyota Place. I feel so taken care of by these wonderful folks! Toyota really took care of servicing my vehicle, working with a difficult situation to repair my lifeline vehicle. They worked on my pricing with such a high level of care and responsibility, taking ownership and being incredibly proactive on servicing my vehicle. It could have literally saved my life. Demetrios really went to bat for me, and I got a loaner in the meantime (my next vehicle will be a Corolla Cross, which I will buy from Culver City Toyota if I can), and the repair work was done magnificently. So happy to be driving my little blue Prius C again. You really get what the best from Toyota: Toyota customer for life!

James was my salesman who was very nice and helpful, plus, he helped me get my car home since I live so far away. It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the names of the other people I worked with, but I don't think they liked me much since I did not purchase any extras, sorry. Love my car, such a smooth ride plus I feel I have a reliable car for many years to come. Yes, I will recommend Toyota of Redlands.

Tina, Deepak, and Johnny all helped make it easy buying my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. I was really pleased with the extent of customer care they provided and their consideration of my time. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Thank you Tracy Toyota Team!

Beware of rim damaged done by service technicians. 2023 Rav, standard service, tire, brake, misc. Ready for pick, notice all for rims are damaged, most damaged closer to center hub with some outter damaged, catch a finger on lifted metal of rim. In short manager best* that can be done, wait on tire restore specialist to get it at alright, but not as good as it was before we serviced your vehicle. Plus told that I curbbed my rims, previously those wheel and tires were in the rear of the vehicle. Before the rotation. I am sad and very disappointed. Car is parked furtherest away from stores, refuse to got into drive thru. I'm not a valley girl, whom can cry to daddy for a new car. No I spent my own money on this car because I knew toyota is reliable and worth it's price.(2023Rav4Prime)

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid with Toyota of Poway. From the start Alex was very attentive on the negotiation, after a lot of research I found out that only Toyota of Poway and another Toyota dealer in San Diego area are fair and honest with the price of the vehicle, they actually sell it for the advertised price (window sticker) without adding thousands of dollars on ad ons and junk fees that most dealers do illegally, not mentioning that I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. The General Manager Michael was very kind and took the time to make sure my experience was going well. Toby Zachry the finance manager made the final steps of the process seamless and smooth and got me on my way in no time. He also was able to give me a great deal on an extended warranty package and alarm system. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am so glad I went to them. Thank You to the whole team at Toyota of Poway! You guys rock!
