I got my Rav 4 sold and bought a new Sienna from them, they are cheats. They fraudulently priced the car more saying it’s AWD Sienna Le but a week later I found it’s not. They sold me service packages for negotiated amount bt wrongly marked it as down payments also the service packages incld toyota care n protection were sold on false grounds sayings its maintained by them but is a third party product. Dont buy cars from this business and its a shame Toyota is supporting such frauds.

Properly followed up on the status of the vehicle. 4. Good communication. 5. Was able to followed specific (reasonable) requests properly. Overall, the purchase experience was wonderful, very transparent, hassle free, and reliable through out the whole process!

I have dealt with Toyota Place for years , i am 88 years old and I live in Corona and yet i drive the distance because i know that i will get what I want . I tip my hat to you Toyota Place. They worked on my pricing with such a high level of care and responsibility, taking ownership and being incredibly proactive on servicing my vehicle. It could have literally saved my life. Demetrios really went to bat for me, and I got a loaner in the meantime (my next vehicle will be a Corolla Cross, which I will buy from Culver City Toyota if I can), and the repair work was done magnificently. So happy to be driving my little blue Prius C again. You really get what the best from Toyota: Toyota customer for life!

Don’t think that I am still on that new car high, but yesterday, purchased a new Rav 4 hybrid SE and was quite pleased with the purchasing process at City Toyota. The entire process was easy and fairly quick. Alex Zhou was very helpful, honest, and soft-spoken. He kept us updated on the status of when our new car would arrive. Jude Imoisili in Finance was very friendly. I would definitely consider purchasing our next car from Alex and this dealership.

They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. I bought the 2023 Toyota Prius Prime SE from SAM! They were the only ones who had the car and had great service! Everyone was quoting me 5-8k over MSRP but Carson Toyota made an offer I was happy with! Great service and excellent selection of vehicles.

Beware of rim damaged done by service technicians. 2023 Rav, standard service, tire, brake, misc. Ready for pick, notice all for rims are damaged, most damaged closer to center hub with some outter damaged, catch a finger on lifted metal of rim. In short manager best* that can be done, wait on tire restore specialist to get it at alright, but not as good as it was before we serviced your vehicle. Plus told that I curbbed my rims, previously those wheel and tires were in the rear of the vehicle. Before the rotation. I am sad and very disappointed. Car is parked furtherest away from stores, refuse to got into drive thru. I'm not a valley girl, whom can cry to daddy for a new car. I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid with Toyota of Poway. From the start Alex was very attentive on the negotiation, after a lot of research I found out that only Toyota of Poway and another Toyota dealer in San Diego area are fair and honest with the price of the vehicle, they actually sell it for the advertised price (window sticker) without adding thousands of dollars on ad ons and junk fees that most dealers do illegally, not mentioning that I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. The General Manager Michael was very kind and took the time to make sure my experience was going well. Toby Zachry the finance manager made the final steps of the process seamless and smooth and got me on my way in no time. He also was able to give me a great deal on an extended warranty package and alarm system. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am so glad I went to them. Thank You to the whole team at Toyota of Poway! You guys rock!

Worst dealership EVER! - raghoser

Worst dealership EVER! Brand new Prius Prime and the entire infotainment system had to be replaced after 3 months. Told it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive, took 4. Told it would take a1 - 1.5 hours to replace, took 3. Now the car battery goes dead for no reason. happened 3 times already. Took it to Dalton and told them take your time and find the drain on the battery. They kept the car for 4 days and all they did was test the battery. Worst of all, I brought the car to them sparkling clean and they returned it FILTHY! I know they have a car wash. Not to mention everyone there (employees) complaining on how terrible the place is run under new management. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.
