Almost 4 hours for a basic oil change is honestly unacceptable. There was barely any communication or updates during the entire wait, and I was left sitting there wondering what was going on with my unacceptable. This was one of the slowest and worst dealership service experiences I've had. "Advantage Care" is definitely not worth it if this is the type of service customers receive. Time is money, and I would rather pay more somewhere else for faster service and better customer care. More

I was easily able to book a service appointment online and when I arrived I was immediately met by and helped. My car was ready close to when the estimated time. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and and when I arrived I was immediately met by and helped. My car was ready close to when the estimated time. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and polite and helpful. I did have a question about my bill and I got a good explanation. I've always had good service here and will be returning the next time my car needs some work. More

This dealership is the worst. I am not sure how it has a rating above 2 on any rating website! Do not get scammed by this dealership like they tried to do with me! What you think is a deal turns out to be a hoax in person! Herlica Garcia told me one price for a 2017 Highlander Hybrid Ltd and to ask for Danny Ortiz. When I get there, the salesmen acted like they did not know what I was talking about. So I showed them the email that I received from Herlica Garcia, quoting West Coast Toyota's PRICE to me for the vehicle. Their response was OOOOOHHHHHHH, well you can't get that.... They lied to me just so I would go to their location and they could try to sell me something I do not want. What jerks!!!! You have lots of options in Southern California when purchasing a car, if you are smart you will avoid these schmucks." More
