Addison was great and he felt the same way about the technicians reason for the vibration at the front-end of my truck. The tech said the vibration was due to faulty lugnuts? Faulty lugnuts! xxx? I'm looking at Addison he's shaking his head I'm like well so what this is warranty work . Fix my truck. They wanted me to buy a set of lugnuts for 200 bucks then put them on myself and bring the truck back so they can take another look. I have no time I gotta work I got a job to do I got my kids to drive to school ! Meanwhile the vibration is getting worse everyday, they still haven't fixed the issue the haven't even reached out. Why can't you guys just fix my truck which is the second one I've bought. Faulty lugnuts! It's warranty work FIX MY TRUCK !

This corrupt service department added 3,000 MORE MILES to my car to get it out of warranty. My 2022 nissan Sentra battery died. It kept saying system malfunction so i took a photo of my dashboard and my mileage read 34,162 (still under warranty) i have photo evidence of this and my car sat there until the tow truck came. I got it towed the 5 miles to the dealership thinking ok great it’s still under warranty so whatever the issue is it’ll be paid for. My car gets dropped off and the service advisor liseth calls me and says that my car is no longer under warranty and a battery will be $375. She tells me that my odometer is reading 37,361 ! I told her she’s incorrect and that my miles are only at 34K. I come up here to speak with the manager Marcos to show proof of that and he doesn’t know how this could’ve happened. So now my car is out of warranty and we know these stupid Nissans are expensive to maintain. The manager offered to give me a free battery and of course he would since I’m sure his people are the ones who messed with my mileage so that i can be out of warranty. I also got a text from the sales department to sell my car since it’s high mileage right now 😒 this place put 3,000 miles on my car in a matter of minutes and no one knows what happened. How does my car mileage jump over 3,000 after it’s dropped off?! They tampered with it and then offered me a free battery when they got caught.

My spanish speaking father bought a Nissan Altima from here last year for my mom. They also purchased the service package. They have recently been calling him relentlessly. He does not speak english and would request a spanish speaker. They would then hang up on him, but keep calling back. He went in person and spoke to a salesperson who then called him a "fkng salvadorian" and they kicked him off the premises and threatened to call the police on him because he was frustrated that they kept calling him with no one to speak spanish. They had no problem with him while he was spending money there, but now that hes just trying to find out what it is THEY are calling for, the language barrier is a problem. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney general.
