Friendly customer service. I didn’t wait long for the mechanic. I didn’t have to request a quick car wash. It was already washed. The newly remodeled waiting lobby looked aesthetically comfortable.
Lots of tables and chairs to do some work on your laptop. I ran into some familiar faces I remember at the service parts counter from last inquiry on parts. Boy I was jazzed to see the filtered water by the sink to refill my water bottle. BTW I’m returning back soon because my daughter bought a used Nissan-her first car! I know what to get her for Christmas! A Nissan keychain- coz “The Price is Right”
However, someone wasn’t around 🧐, He was my GoTo brother, Mark Nutter. I’m sorry I missed him before he retired. Mark was there when I first pulled in with Nissan and was there for me for any questions. I even called him once to ask how the heck to move my steering wheel as I was stuck across the street parallel parked in front of my daughter’s elementary school. That was a first for him- a goofy customer in a bind calls him. Over the years, he’s heard about how my family’s doing, and vice versa. I brought my vehicle in days before Father’s Day. Wished him well. I’m forever grateful for being honest, and provided clear explanation of how parts worked.
