I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I just wanted to quickly recognize my Service Advisor Edwin Xuncax to his peers, Supervisors, Dealership Manager, Nissan HQ, and anyone reading this. These past 2 times that I have taken my vehicle in to get serviced, he has been my main point of contact. As I told him in our email correspondence while I was at work, his customer service and technical knowledge has been second to none. He has gone above and beyond what other Service Advisors there have done the previous times I have got my vehicle worked on. In fact, he has gone above and beyond what previous Service Advisors have ever done for me at any dealership since I have been taking my personal vehicles in. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. He knows his job, communicates well with his customers, and is very thorough to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Best Nissan dealership ever. The exceptional level of customer appreciation and support is evident from whole staff, from the general manager to the professional who answers the phone. Recently I had my 23 Pathfinder in for it's routine service and the service department acknowledged an issue with the rear bumper. After an evaluation it was determined the bumper had some defects. Edgar and Justin explained the problem to me and gave me several options to resolve the issue. Using Nissan's great warranty and support of their cars the bumper was replaced. The process went seamlessly thanks to Edgar and Justin, they made scheduling very easy and convienent. I was given a rental and the repair was completed much sooner than I expected. The car looks great as good as the day I drove it off the lot. It's very refreshing to be valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership, their great customer service has made me the proud owner of 5 new Nissans over the last 15 years.

I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan dealers (I won't name which ones) and these guys really saved me a lot of time and $$$ but most importantly made me feel wanted when I came in. I was told that my car needed control solenoids to be fixed and the other two dealers said that it would cost me a lot of money, I called Stevens Creek Nissan and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out and it might not be the solenoid. Sure enough it was something much cheaper. Andy their GT-R tech and Ron the service advisor were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They genuinely made me feel special when I came in and even better when I left.
