Speedy service! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, He didn't try to upsell me on other work in fact there was nothing wrong with the car, it was the key fob that was causing the problem. He checked everything, all hoses, fluids, tires, everything, and my car got a clean bill of health! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Great customer service. Tyler was outstanding in resolving all issues and provided service that was second to none. The only issue I have with the dealership is that the wait to pick up the repaired vehicle is very long. At the end of the day, when most people pick up their cars, the dealership could do a better job of getting vehicles to their owners.

My assigned service advisor's name was Gilbert Martinez, who performed exemplary customer service. He was professional, courteous, and empathetic of my previous negligent experience.

I wanted to get some more maintenance done in the near future and emailed Justin today for some quotes. He was quick to respond the prices are comparable if you were to supply your own genuine parts and use a reliable indy mechanic in the area. Overall, I recommend other Mercedes owners to service their car here.

I had just graduated from GIA in Carlsbad and these guys at Hoen were kind enough to find me a low cost S class since it's the only car I have ever had. I was just starting work and couldn't afford big payments. They found me a corporate 2004 S class and I traded my 99 S class and my payments were very low. It was the first used car I have ever bought and I still have it now in 2019. It's time for me to go and see if they can help me again to find a car. I always think of them when I want a new car because they were so kind to me when I needed some help getting a car. The staff was always so nice and friendly.
