My assigned service advisor's name was Gilbert Martinez, who performed exemplary customer service. He was professional, courteous, and empathetic of my previous negligent experience.

I wanted to get some more maintenance done in the near future and emailed Justin today for some quotes. He was quick to respond the prices are comparable if you were to supply your own genuine parts and use a reliable indy mechanic in the area. Overall, I recommend other Mercedes owners to service their car here.

I had just graduated from GIA in Carlsbad and these guys at Hoen were kind enough to find me a low cost S class since it's the only car I have ever had. I was just starting work and couldn't afford big payments. They found me a corporate 2004 S class and I traded my 99 S class and my payments were very low. It was the first used car I have ever bought and I still have it now in 2019. It's time for me to go and see if they can help me again to find a car. I always think of them when I want a new car because they were so kind to me when I needed some help getting a car. The staff was always so nice and friendly. Positive experience! The minute I drove in to the dealership I was greeted and escorted to where I needed to be. I was connected with my service provider, Sydney. She had everything ready for me. And in minutes I was on my way with a loner car. Soon after I was contacted with updates on my car and then notified when my car was completed. I conveniently paid for the service online prior to returning to the dealership. Once there in minutes I was in my newly washed car and leaving. Overall everyone was professional and friendly. Sydney was professional and very helpful. Thank you !
