It was a great experience without making an appointment. Timing was perfect for servicing my vehicle. And the shuttle service is excellent while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Absolutely great staff and comfort of knowing they are so helpful in getting the job done.

Very nice… As bad as Kia Cerritos was, Mission Viejo was totally great. They value the customer when Cerritos treated you as a bother to them. Cerritos said leave your car for a few days with no loaner and sign for a possible $300 charge and why don’t you do other maintenance…Mission Viejo said we will check the warranty issue for free and if we need to order the part you can come back at your convenience to replace it at no charge. I will drive the extra hour to use Mission Viejo again!

Throughout the process, they kept me informed with timely updates and even followed up after the service was completed to ensure everything was running smoothly. The work was completed on time and exactly as promised. It’s rare these days to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Rafael was great, he really took the time to see that I was happy with it, he also helped explain all the details of the car on the following day because I was short on time for another appointment on the day of purchase.

2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! I been told all my life to avoid dealership service departments because they strong arm you. But not this one! I went in for a recall and a service and Freddy helped me out. Freddy informed me of the service interval for my vehicle and helped me understand what the milestones are for my vehicle and when the big services are due. Got me taken care of and on my way! They always give me great service and are very friendly. They even checked out a couple of issues I thought I was having with my Kia Optima. I still love my car and it’s 3 years old now! They even give you a complimentary car wash with the oil change service! And I love the fresh doughnuts they have in the comfortable waiting room with big TV!

Initially came in for routine maintenance on my then Kia Telluride and was greeted swiftly by service representative Kevin who also took his time to showing me to the waiting area and gave me updates on time frame on when my car would be ready. I then was later greeted by Angel car dealer who was very cordial and asked if I would like to take a look around to see Kia’s latest models.

I am updating my prior 5-star review for service at the Stevens Creek KIA for our first Sorento back in October 2017. We have since gotten a second Sorento, and we will continue with doing all of our maintenance through the dealership. We have found our experiences with the service department to be excellent, each and every visit. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Daniel and Lizzette are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our Sorento maintained without paying for unnecessary service. With COVID, we have been working from home and driving far less than before. I’ve had my Sorento for a year and I haven’t even hit 9k miles. Even though the schedule called for a 15k interval service, Lizzette recommended the usual maintenance service of oil change and tire rotation. She even applied the online coupon price for me! I also appreciate that the Service Department is taking so many precautions to keep customers and their employees safe. Everyone is always wearing masks properly, and they always return a clean car to me. 5 stars!
