TBH the attitude of the people who do intake of the car is rather terrifying. So rude and disrespectful not to me but I saw it with another customer. Not to say I was treated with any more kindness. It’s just so robotic and unpersonal and unkind. Completing the work was definitely speedier than expected.

Veronicia was my service adviser. She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before it would be diagnosed. I needed the car the next day. Since it has been in twice before with the same error and the resolution being bad batteries - I requested that the batteries be changed, don't do the diagnostic and that I would take responsibility. She did inform me and made sure I was aware of the consequences of not having the diagnostic done and that if changing the batteries didn't fix the problem it would need to be diagnosed. Changing the batteries did clear the diagnostic light. She kept me informed during the process and was great to work with. I do like the videos with recommended service and shows what was done.

Came in for a service, oil change and tire rotation, I was greeted promptly by a service advisor. Service was completely in a timely manner as I elected to wait. A courtesy ride was offered. Check out was easy and rewards points were redeemed. I was also told of upcoming warranty maintenance and that was good also.
