Unfortunately, my experience became increasingly confusing and frustrating as I received conflicting information from numerous employees, repeatedly changing prices for the same vehicle, and inconsistent explanations regarding its availability and purchase terms. What was intended to be a straightforward vehicle purchase transformed into a protracted month-long process involving numerous emails, text messages, phone calls, and multiple visits to various Moss Bros. locations.
